This is one of the better Taco Bell's I've been to. The people that work there are nice, the taco's, etc. are put together well. -2 stars, because this is the 4th time I've tried to order a Nachos Party Pack and have been told they don't have it. Then why is it on your board? I have been unable to order this time since they launched it. Seriously, if you're not going to have it available, don't advertise it! Being that this place is open late and on the north side my husband and I will frequent drive up and order food. This past year or even longer the service has been terrible. Simple order, my husband orders a cravings box and I get a chicken quesadilla and a Baja blast with fire sauce; occasionally we'll add a crunch wrap. Well for the crunch wrap the toppings are not distributed well and we never get our sauce. Well today my husband went again and saw there was no sauce, he went back around and asked through the speaker if there was any fire sauce since he asked for some and they didn't put it in there and he was told there was not (so why not offer any other options or just say there's no fire sauce), he asked if there was other sauce and he was told there was so he was stuck behind cars before he got to the window. When he got to the window and asked for sauce the lady gave him some fire sauce along with hot sauce, although he was just told they were out. We live on the north side and at this rate we'll probably start going to the Washington location for hopefully a better service. P.S. my husbands cravings box did not come in a box... read more

Only reason I give it two stars is because they occasionally reimburse you slightly for some of the many, many "f ups". It's garbage food, garbage food that is so often made wrong....even if you pay extra. Spend a whole 50 Cents on extra lettuce for this little wrap? Guess what, that half dollar for extra lettuce gets you 1/5 of the lettuce shown in the picture of a normal Crunchwrap. They should be sued for false advertising. They'll ask you for sauce and consistently not give it. (Which imo makes the food inedible). I'm going to have to hold the line to inspect my order every time, which I don't like to do as there is always a massive line. Taco bell on Douglas Avenue in Racine WI should close until they find a new manager and staff. two times in a row we had problems. This time was the worst. We ordered two burrito Supremes, Three hard shell tacos and hot and mild sauce. The screen reflected this. We waited a long time for the car in front of us. we paid didn't get a receipt. They gave us what we thought was a burrito Supreme, and a hard shell taco, we were short one Burrito Supreme and two tacos, then they made us wait again and gave us a Burrito Supreme and one taco again, we were still short a Taco. the manager asked to see our receipt. they gave us another bag. when we got home we had one Burrito Supreme, two Hard shelled tacos, a Los Doritos taco, and two things we never saw before our order was still wrong. Threw random food in my bag. I talked to the manager and he said he wouldn't give me any free food. But I paid for my food and got the wrong stuff so I told him he had bad customer service. This is one of the ONLY fast food restaurants, (with the exception of Arby's,) on this side of town where the costumer service is decent as well as the food. They rarely forget things I ordered, and unlike the mcds or KFC over here where the employees have 0 personality and sometimes don't even act like they work there, they remain professional at this Taco Bell. read more

I'm not fancy or picky, but the service here can be terrible. I don't mind waiting 25 minutes in the drive thru late at night. I get it there aren't many options on the northside after 9pm. But how can you have like 11 ingredients and still screw the order up. We never even have special requests. ...it's off the menu?! I love they monitor their stores by asking me to do a survey and the cashier takes the time to persuade me to take this survey. I literally have to sit and check everything before I pull away. Ever since COVID. This restaurant has gone down hill. When its slow, somehow still someone there ends up getting too stoned and continuously screwing up orders!! Seriously??? That's not a lie! Wait 10 minutes , one car besides me at the drive thru, no customers inside, yet it still took them literally 10 minutes to make an order of 4 hard shell tacos and instead they gave me 3 COLD softshell tacos as well as a bean burrito that was cold too and they Not taste right!!! Bad enough that I was hungry and had to throw away most of the order but I was not going to have anymore of my time waisted to drive back 15 minutes because of this either? The person who was at the window was also stoned should have checked the order before just handing it to me and giving me this old order! My entire life I've eaten at this Taco Bell, never another taco bell as it's the only one closest to my home. The last time I ate here it was average at best: nothing to write home about but also nothing bad by any standards. That being said, this time I went here for supper for today and was absolutely appalled at the horrible mess me and my mother received for this meal. I've gotten a $5 Double-Triple Crunch-wrap box, with an extra Crunch-wrap on the side, and my mother got a simple Beefy Tostada with several tacos. Inside my box contained a Double-Triple Crunch-wrap, a Deluxe Taco, Cinnamon Twists and a Med. Drink: and every single one of them was disappointing. The Crunch-wrap was soggy and tasted like Nacho Hell, the Taco fell apart nearly instantly, the Cinnamon twists were stale, and the Soda: the least likely to be screwed up was actually stale, which probably indicates that they haven't cleaned the machine in a while. The Beefy Tostada, despite being advertised as "Beefy" was served with Beans as the protein with no warning, and all of the Deluxe Tacos my mother got (Only about 3) were all old and fell apart upon being picked up. The service was horrible, with the only two visible workers present arguing with each other and not paying attention to the customers. All in all this was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this place again, until it's at least under new management. Oh, and they forgot my extra Crunch-wrap too. read more
