We decided to stop for a snack on our way to site seeing and lunch in the Mts. We each had a corn shell taco and I have to say I haven't had a street taco that tasted this good since I'd been to Hermosillo Mexico. We wish we were hungrier to eat more and have talked about taking a road trip back there just for the tacos. The owner is so proud of his business and it is apparent as he pointed out the high Department of Health score on his food truck. He is pleasant and makes excellent food. It was nice to sit on a sunny day and admire the park across the street. Right next door is also a "surprise " in a glass box to check out.
