I ordered my food at the counter, great. The counter person was efficient. It took 19 minutes to receive this one order. That was after I informed the counter person, that I was tired of waiting and if I didn't receive my food soon, I'd want my money refunded. Sad to say, there was a mobile order that hadn't been fulfilled by 30 minutes when that individual inquired. I was lied to by three separate employees three separate times. Never do an online order with this establishment, your money isn't real to them. Even after they are 15 minutes late on your order that you paid for customers will walk into the restaurant and they will have their food before they will even start on your order. Six separate tables of people receive their order anywhere from 15 to 25 minutes after I had already been there still waiting on this order. read more

It is fast food, so if expectations are set for fine dining, then don't go to Taco Bell. I go to TBell just about every week, but that is because it is one of the few fast food, or even regular restaurants that are consistent in food and customer service. This is also consistently the best of 3 locations in the area where the place is clean, few mistakes occur, the product is good and the employees are nice, welcoming and attentive, even bringing you your food at timesB. As a Grub Hub Driver I cannot even begin to tell you how much money and time I lose when I have to go theough the drive thru to pick up a delivery order. Just because the staff is too inexperienced and scared to let us drivers inside to pick up delivery orders which would be faster and cost no where near as much money or time for us. If I have to through the drive thru does that mean I can send Taco Bell an invoice for my time and gas I use that I normally wouldnt? Worst location ever! Ordered a combo (burrito supreme and soft taco) the burrito was nothing but beans and sour cream. The taco was okay but my husbands hot chicken taco had one totally charred piece of chicken in it. Asked for mild sauce only got hot sauce. Awful! This may be the worst Taco Bell we have ever been to. I ordered ahead on my phone and gave them a time 30 minutes later to pick it up. Not only was it NOT READY, they hadn't even started it and I went inside to pick it up...I stood at the empty counter for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Once I was and the girl checked my order, she said it will be a few...then proceeded to go back and help fill 3 new orders from the drive through before even starting on my order. I tried this place for first time & was underwhelmed by service and choices of food. Menu on wall was overwhelming in choices with no clear winner. I chose a burrito meal that came in 3 different choices of meats. I was offered none of them. I was given the basic meal choice w/o being asked which one I wanted. I'm guessing you are supposed to know what you want and make it clear when you order. My bad. I think in future if I'm wanting Tex/Mex I will go to someplace where I can sit down, be waited on, and served at a table for about the same $$. read more
