    Lamb tacos
    Annalise A.

3-4 's Friendly staff Unique taco offerings- Lamb. Small portions for price. Nice ambiance with tables and booths. I wanted beans and rice and two tacos but the guy at the register couldn't figure out how to add the beans and rice, so I ended up going without . Guess they don't sell lamb or birria tacos alacarte? We each wanted to try a lamb taco and a Birria taco but only seemed to come in 2-3 tacos. So we ended up ordering a set of each and just sharing. They were both small for about $6 each so can't say I'd come here again, but was cool to try. $27 for 4 tacos is a bit steep especially since they were small. When I asked for the guys favorite taco he said the Lamb so I had to try it! It was good, moist ground lamb with no gaminess. It had seasoned tomatoes which was unique and a hazelnut salsa apparently even though I didn't notice a hazelnut flavor at all but it must have been there It was a bit sweet for my taste but a spritz of lime fixed it up no problem and it tasted much better The Birria taco was good, full of mostly meat with not as much cheese as some most I've had. But the consume was not watery like usual and prob the best I've tasted - had diced onions and cilantro in it. Don't think I'd return since I don't live near by, Otherwise maybe for happy hour prices

"Chips and salsa" = a tiny cup of salsa

Soooo Cochinto is NOT what it used to be at all. The pictures posted are OLD! Look at mine for new content. These are 3 Carne Asada Tacos that cost 5.95 a piece so that's 18.00 al a cart right? Would you be happy? I even complained and the guy said "there is cheese and sauce on those can't you see?" I was shocked!!!! The portions are horrible aaaaand YES these are tiny small street tacos size it's the portions that make these look bigger than they are. Also ordered chips and salsa to get a salad dressing container of salsa. I spent 68 bucks on tacos and chips and salsa and next time will be at an actual restaurant for real portions. This place has cheaped out and there is no value at all. The guy with the long curly hair is the one that acted as if this was perfectly fine.

ORDER THE LAMB TACOS. Oh my goodness, that was delicious. I tried 3 different tacos, Birria is always good, but WOW that lamb taco. I bought their 3 taco meal with an horchata (meh) for $29 and some change. Friendly service, music playing, got the food quickly, I'll be back!

What a fun place! The food was great - flavorful, filling with its own spin on a Taqueria. Would come back!

Love this place! The ambiance, the service and the food. The food is all house made including their tortillas, salsa and slow cooked meat. I had the lamb taco - omg so good. The pork belly was also super flavorful. The bean and rice was super tasty- cumin and tomatoes rice. The cheese quesadillas has a crunchy tortilla, simple and tasty. The Torta was also very good. Most of all we love the mango- basil-lemon drink. So refreshing! The wall mural and decor is quirky, fun and authentic. We look forward to be back!

I got the birria tacos($13) and a lamb taco($6). The food came out in about 15 minutes. The lamb tacos were amazing! Super flavorful and moist! The birria tacos were also quite good! Very tender and moist. The consume was also very savory (just add a full squeeze of lime to get a perfect balance). For a fast casual vibe the food was excellent! I'd definitely come back again! Heritage Duroc Pork Cheek Carnitas Taco

Pricy but good, even during Happy Hour it's $5 a taco. I had the Carnitas taco; the carnitas were spot on juicy and flavorful. and a Carne Asada taco. On home-made corn tortilla, I like my tacos hot off the grill and these came in cool from the counter. Tasty but I would like a more basic taco. Service was awesome, water stations are available in the restaurant. This location on the corner allows you to people watch and enjoy your tacos. If you're looking from some tacos with all the bells and whistles, this is your spot.

Wow wow wow! I'm so impressed with this place-- these tacos are a MUST TRY! The meat in every. single. taco... was cooked to perfection! So tender and juicy! The lady who took my order was so helpful with the menu and was so thoughtful to check in to make sure I loved my drink. I originally ordered the Pinapple Chipotle Margarita, however, they ran out of the batch, hence the peach Margarita. However, when they were finally able to make the pineapple batch, they brought out multiple samples for me to try! The menu, although very modern, the restaurant ambiance itself is very homey and reminds me of your neighborhood Mexican food spot!

You can't go wrong with tacos! I got the fish and shrimp tacos. Both were light and flavorful. I loved that the protein was the main feature of both. I got the taco place which came with two tacos, rice, and beans. The tacos are on the smaller size but to be honest this made the perfect lunch size portion for me. You order at the counter then take a seat and they bring your food out. I went right at opening so had no problem finding somewhere to sit.

SO GOOD! Highly recommend if you are in downtown Spokane. We got a mushroom and a pork belly taco, chips + queso and chicken wings. 10/10

Summer Salad, big portion, and an aguas frescas margarita (I think mango strawberry flavor?). Both delicious.

Stopped here for lunch during our National Parks roadtrip... never been to Spokane (or Washington) before but if you are road-tripping and are craving street tacos with a twist... this is it! We tried 4 different tacos (octopus, rockfish, 20 hour asada, carnitas) and the summer salad. The bartenders/hostesses behind the counter were super nice and made a great margarita, very refreshing, not super sweet. For me the stand-out was the salad and the octopus taco (had a smokey flavor), my husband said his favorite was the 20 hour asada (tender meat, big flavor)... but everything we tried was really good. We probably won't ever be back to Spokane, which is too bad, bc this place was 5 stars on food and friendly faces... a real plus when you've been stuck in the car for six hours. I guess I'll also mention, very clean restaurant, big windows everywhere to people-watch/check out the city while waiting for your food and our food came out about 10 min after we ordered it.

    Sara G.

Unexpectedly excellent meal in town for work. Bright, seasonal, well spiced, even healthy! Loved the summer salad with peas, grilled peaches, almonds, and labneh, and the spicy prawn ceviche. Solid margarita and decent shortcake too. Very well priced, friendly service, and casual yet delicious. Wow!

    "Elote"
    Jasmine H.

The food was not bad, but not worth $50 our order was two "birria tortas", "elote bowl", horchata and a soft drink. Service was interesting it's bar service, ambiance was ok. More like Mexican and taqueria inspired, the elote was just corn in a bowl with someone's twist, not bad but misleading. Same with the birria torta, it's not birria it's sweet barbecue pulled pork with sourdough bread and the consume is water and oil. The horchata was from a premade bottle so taste wasn't bad but was more on the thick rice-y side; so not much a drink there. Not bad but if you're looking for authentic food this will not satisfy your expectations especially for the price. Two stars for the service, cleanliness, and food was acceptable.

The whole atmosphere is dark, cozy, moody, and feels more like a hidden lounge than a typical downtown bar. Between the lighting, music, books, and dramatic cocktail menus, the vibe alone makes the place worth visiting. We tried the espresso martini, Painkiller, and Bloody Verde. The espresso martini was smooth and easy to drink without being overly sweet, and the Painkiller had that creamy tropical flavor that somehow still worked with the darker speakeasy atmosphere. Keeping it honest though, the Bloody Verde just wasn't for me personally. I can still appreciate the creativity behind it, but the flavor combo just didn't match my taste buds. That being said, if you like savory spicy cocktails, you'd probably feel very differently about it. Service was friendly, drinks came out looking great, and the music really tied the whole experience together. Definitely feels like one of Spokane's more unique cocktail spots if you want something moodier and more relaxed.

Most recently, on a Friday evening around 7 PM, my party was seated near the end of the bar by the restroom area. A server approached me in a confrontational manner and told me to move my chair because it was blocking the walkway. I immediately complied and moved it where he directed. Despite that, he repeatedly pushed and squeezed past the chair in an aggressive way several times afterward and then returned to confront me about it again. The interaction felt hostile, unnecessary, and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated incident. On a previous visit, a female server was rude and controlling toward our table, and on another occasion when we were unhappy with a menu item, the response was essentially, "You ordered it, you pay for it," with no attempt to address the concern professionally. The atmosphere is great, which is why we've continued to come back. However, after several visits involving rude and confrontational interactions with staff, it feels more like an ongoing culture issue than a one-time bad experience. I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect basic courtesy and respect. Hopefully management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the customer experience.

The filling was smooth and the smokiness of the bacon cut the richness of the filling. The parm added a wonderfully taste as well as added a interesting texture. The star of the apps was definitely the flatbread though. It was a soft bread with a sweetness chili based topped with bacon, peppers, and onions! It was delicious!
