When we called we received nothing but "not our fault" too bad so sad., or bring it back after I had to use a snow shovel to pick up the food and discard it in the rubbish and then hose off the garage floor. this response is totally unacceptable and reeks of an ownership or management group that doesn't take pride in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. I can accept when a company errs but not remedying a service issues is not acceptable.. I recommend that you avoid takeout and think twice about dining there.
