I feel like all I've been doing is reviewing fast food restaurants lately. Oh well. So this is a taco bell, sometimes referred to as the white castle of mexican food. They serve tacos & burritos & nachos, but they don't serve bells. Do not let the name of this restaurant confuse you! If you order a bell you will be looked at in funny ways, and you'll probably get your food spit in as well. I'll tell you the best thing about Taco Bell. Baja Blast Mountain Dew. I'm not even a big fan of mountain dew, but I will visit taco bell because I want to drink this magical elixir. I don't even know what the flavor is, but it's yummy. I think unicorns drink this stuff to give them magical powers. Here are 2 things I wish taco bell would stop doing. 1) When I say "Yes, I would like hot sauce please." That does not mean I want 20 packets. I ordered one burrito and an order of nachos. I have no need for 20 hot sauce packets. And those quotes on the packets? "Are you feeling saucy?" That is downright dirty talk and not suitable for families. Give me 2 or 3 sauce packets and that is plenty! 2) Rice in burritos. This needs to stop. Rice has very little flavor and fills up too much room in my tummy that should be filled with fake beef & "just add water" cheese instead. And this doesn't just mean Taco Bell. I'm coming for you next Chipotle! Enough with the rice in burritos! So yes, you can expect subpar food & bad service here, but thats what happens when you visit a restaurant where 95% of its employees are under the age of 17 & you're only willing to spend $3.50 for lunch. I know it kinda sucks, but I will continue to frequent here because it's cheap and fast! read more

Both the tablets went out as soon as we placed our order, which isn't their fault, but ones we went to order for the third time from the worker, he messed up our order, literally asked twice and didn't record it on the tablet. Then proceeded to ask me SIX more times what I got to drink because he couldn't remember what two words I said. Food was good, but I was still missing some. read more

Needed a snack mid-afternoon so decided to stop in. I ordered (on the app) a bean tostada off the "Decades" menu. I paid $1 extra to have ground beef added. It looked a bit messy but tasted good. I go every night to get food after work. I get the same thing every single night. The little girl cashier that works in the drive thru is extremely rude. She always has an attitude & absolutely refuses to give more than 3 sauces no matter how much u order. When you say something about it She huffs & puffs and SLAMS handfuls of sauces I didn't even ask for into the bag and is VERY short with me. I spoke to a manager and she was sweet but the little young girl had a stank face w/ her arms crossed. You're allowed to get HANDFULS of sauce packets when going inside but at the window you get disrespected and damn near have to argue with them. DO NOT GO HERE. Came into this location with 2 separate orders. My order had a Crunchwrap supreme and 3 supreme soft tacos with 2 Baja blasts. I get home and pull out 1 of the soft supreme tacos and proceeded to eat said taco. Half way through I look in the bag for the rest of my tacos and there was nothing but a hard taco. I call the store and tell them the situation, they ask me for the order number so I gave it to them. They then tell me that my order doesn't exist. I read them my receipt and the cashiers name (Jerrica) and then they start asking if I want to come back and get it remade. It's 40 mins before they close so I just want a refund for that combo I payed for and didn't get. I tell her that, she hangs up... me and my cousins drive back to the store looking for the order I payed for and explaining to the cashier that I only got one out of the 3 things I ordered and didn't realize until 2 bites in. She tells me she can't remake my order because I took some bites out of the 1 taco I did actually order, i tell her I got the crunchwrap so I'm not asking for that to be remade, just the other 2 tacos I'm missing. She then tells us "you're acting crazy". While we were being calm, cool and collective. When we drove off we called her some names as deserved. I go to Taco Bell several times a week to buy a pop, because I love their Moutain Dew. However, with that being said the Taco Bell on east main suckssssssss.. The women working there are rude.. I always taste mine first and I can look at it and tell when the Mountain Dew is out by the color, so you would think they would know too. right?? But noooooo they had the audacity to get angry with me when I asked for a refund because I didn't want another flavor and they are to lazy to just go change it and give me the pop I ordered... 3 bucks for a fountain drink is crazy by itself let alone giving someone attitude because y'all are to lazy to just go change it.. read more

I had have to light lunch, so I chose Taco Bell today. I had a 10 percent off offer in the app, so I chose to use it. I decided to try their Spicy Potato Soft Taco, Fiesta Veggie Burrito. I knew it would be good for me, and I never had it before. It was delicious, and it was something different. I also had a Diet Pepsi. Dont get cinnamon twist from here. They charge you for them but they don't put any cinnamon on them and when you ask if you can get some they make up an excuse they can't give you any because it's made in the morning. Went to this Taco Bell location my truck wouldn't fit through the drive-thru so I asked the manager if he could take my order through the drive thru and he would not allow me to get my order basically denied me food because my truck wouldn't fit through the drive-thru other restaurants never turned us down we have a trailer on the back of our van this restaurant turned us down so I recommend nobody go to this restaurant after hours and they also take forever making your food read more

As far as Taco Bell fast food goes, this one seems just about as middle-of-the-road as one can get. I don't have any huge moments of praise, but at the same time I have no great complaints to speak of. The staff is quick-ish, gets orders right, and the food comes out correctly as ordered (as far as I've noticed in my own orders). read more

This location is usually pretty good but I had a huge family order and was shorted some food I had paid for. It wasn't noticed until getting home so I contacted them and STILL haven't heard back from them. It's a convenient location and I even understand accidents happen but it's not good business to ignore your customers. read more

I think TacoBell is a great place see, my favorite food is a taco. But...
