I guess I had just assumed that if they had burritos on the menu they would have beans and rice to put in them. So I just requested cheese and chopped tomatoes, lettuce, black olives, salsa, and chipotle sauce. The burrito was fine. The food quality was average to slightly below average. After circling the lot, I realized the drive-through couldn't be accessed from where I was and required getting back onto a main street and entering from another direction. Because of that, I decided to park and go inside instead. The line to order inside was very busy. I decided to take my chances and order through the app to see which would be faster. Placing the mobile order was quick, and there were still several people ahead of me in line, so I completed my order and moved to the mobile pickup area. The app estimated a 4-11 minute wait, and my food was ready in about 6 minutes. I definitely felt like ordering through the app saved me time compared to waiting in line. They have a TV screen that displays mobile orders and their status, and I saw my name change to "ready" before a worker called it out. Since it was lunchtime, the inside was very busy with limited seating available. I found a small two-person booth by the window and took it, but it was very cold sitting there, which was a downside. I ordered the 8-count nugget meal with fries and lemonade. My total was around $9 and some change. The nuggets and lemonade were good. I usually enjoy their fries, but these weren't very hot, which affected how much I liked them. I do like that each purchase earns points toward free food in the future. There is a condiment area, but I didn't see any ketchup. Fortunately, a staff member was walking around the dining area asking if anyone needed anything. I asked for ketchup, and she brought it to me, which was a nice plus for this location.
