This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever seen. I have parked to eat inside of Taco Bell and used the bathroom and when I came out they towed my car. Didn't even make sure that the car was mine. Just cause they got jealous of canes isn't my fault. I was a customer and although I may not be many I won't be coming back. I happen to like Taco Bell. I know, that's weird. But when you're wanting food to drive with, burgers tend to drop everywhere while a burrito tends to stick in the packaging as you eat it. Way easier to eat and drive! This is a nice TB with the usual features inside - the "new" menus and the Pepsi soda fountain. Worst Taco Bell experience ever! My Crunchwrap Supreme was practically empty. The cashier was rude when I placed my order and upon obtaining it She quickly shut the window and snickered with a grin on her face. My Crunch Wrap Supreme did not have any meat inside, with barely a drop of nacho cheese in a corner edge, a dime-sized drop of sour cream, soggy lettuce, about 4 pieces of tomato, and the crunchy tortilla inside the soft tortilla. Therefore, I called the store to inform them. It should have contained all ingredients at the price of $5.98. Most would agree that it is unacceptable to charge people almost $6 for something made completely wrong. (Note: I did not ask for anything special to my order.) Instead, the manager hung up on me when I called the store to tell him my dissatisfaction regarding my order. Also, he did not even apologize. I have taken photographs of the item. This store needs a leadership evaluation from upper-level management teams. read more

Price is good bit quality is crap. This place used to be good but like a lot of places during covid it has went down the crapper. Ordering food through the drive thru it takes 2 people to take a simple order and then having the so called manager say after ordering 6 chicken sandwiches he says "oh my god" with an attitude through the headset When he was asked what's the problem he had a bad attitude and said "I wasn't talking to you, I was talking to him" another worker So the so called snot manager is named chandler and while asking for the DMs name and number he didn't want to give it to us, but was fast to call the cops.. DO NOT EAT HERE. I went here 12-26-2020. It was the night shift that you're about to read about. Had to be around 6-8 time frame this all occurred. My friend and I went inside to order. While waiting for our food. An employee comes in and starts yelling at the other employees. Cursing and threatening to get her brother to come beat up a manager. They were ALL going back and forth cause there was some he said/she said stuff going on. Someone ended up getting fired, but the manager had apparently sent a regular employee to fire said girl. The manager had no control probably because he too was a high schooler in a management position. Very unprofessional. He couldn't get my food right after several times of going to the counter. I had already paid, so I couldn't leave. He ends up giving me someone else's food. So I had to wait longer. And this happened three times in a row. The kids that worked there kept walking and running in and out the building, screaming at each other, and getting Violent. Couldn't even get my meal prepared properly AND was wrong again. But at this point I was ready to go, so I left with my order made incorrectly. And to make things worse, the manager was on his phone while making people's food WITH the gloves on. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Every time I go to this Taco Bell, my order is constantly messed up. I thought I would give it one more try, and this was definitely the last straw. My friend and I went inside, since the drive through was all the way backed up, and didn't come out into over AN HOUR later. I order a beef burrito with just onions and lettuce, and my friend orders a combo. We waited 30 minutes for our food. When we checked to see if the food was correct, it was not even close. My burrito was covered in sour cream, hot sauce, tomatoes, and literally everything that should not have been added. My friend only received one taco, which was not even close to any of our orders. We waited in line for 15 extra minutes, to tell the workers to fix our food. I show them the receipt, and THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT TAKE ANY MORE REFUNDS, due to the following three people before me asking for one. I will NEVER go here again.
