03/15/26- Worst Taco Bell ever. Tables always dirty, soda machine never clean and the interior is old and needs repair. Tacos have a tiny amount of meat. Tacos with no lettuce are almost air tacos. Other locations do better.

Went inside to eat, and the place is filthy! I can only wonder about if theres crap in the food we don't see.... I mean, if that's how they care about the dining room, why would they care about the food their making for you?? Won't be going back there again. read more

Honestly the service could have been better then just leaving a costumer unattended midway though them ordering. And yeah I know it was a drive though order but still come on man don't just say nothing for like a minute straight. Yes, the food was good the usual standard from every taco bell, but it was incorrect. It goes back to the service I asked of a chicken chalupa with no sour cream five different times, I was begging at one point. But sadly I was faced with beef instead. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. What exactly is the point of having cash registers if the employees refuse to use them? The 'kiosk' they have to place orders crashed, which made us go to the counter to which we were told all orders had to be placed on the kiosk that crashed. The employee restarted the kiosk. In the time it took to do that she could have easily taken the order. But no. What a waste. The prices are higher and now we have to place the orders ourselves. Talk about taking customer service to the next level. #fail read more

I used to be so happy with this place! Something changed in the last six months. I tried it twice in the last six months, and both times my order was completely wrong. I ordered 2 burrito supremes, with no onions. I received, 2 bean burritoes, one with no onions and one with extra onions. the next time I tried was the same, not getting what I ordered,paying for supremes and getting cheaper beans with nothing on them. So my previous review that they were always great service, has changed. Not sure what changed there, new manager maybe, I dont know? Seems like someone is pocketing money by charging high and serving lower priced, or they are taking a lot of food home at the end of the day. I wont go there again! My time is valuable, and I dont enjoy having to return orders for a refund, having to park and go in and wait in line, when it should have just been a quick drive through service.... read more

First time I ordered here, it was fantastic. Since then... Crunch wraps don't have any crunch to them, grilled items can be a bit under cooked (and if you ask for them to grill it extra, which all taco bells offer- its still under grilled). Food can be generally good, although you need to make sure you get all your items and that they're correct before leaving. Staff is usually friendly but every now and then there's someone who isn't. Kind of have an issue that they now open at 9am, it used to be earlier. Also don't like how the menu has gotten so much smaller and more expensive, but that's a corporate issue and not the fault of this location. To me, this place is close and cheap, so I keep coming back depending on what special items they have at the time read more

This place is notorious for forgetting to give you everything that you ordered. And if you order extra sour cream, you'll get no sour cream. If you order no onions, you'll get a ton of onions. This is a "Gosh I'm hungry gotta eat now" kind of place, otherwise, skip it. read more

Most of the time I LOVE Taco Bell but the last two times I have been here it is ALWAYS filthy - EVERYWHERE - from the time you walk in , order , get a drink- tables, restrooms..... it is the most TRASHY Taco Bell - I might expect this in a smaller town but WAIT- this town does this to almost every eating place so why should I expect any different???? We eat here about three nights a week after all our youth sports games and practices. This group of employees is the friendliest group as a whole I have ever experienced at a fast food Resturant. This wasn't just one visit, it's been at least the last 3 years. Keep it up!! read more

Got bit by the SE NM bad service again. First it was meatless burgers from a national chain on Hobbs, now it's a missing entree item at this Taco Bell location in Roswell. Have no fear though, they put extra chips in the $5 Cravings Box instead!! What didn't make it in was the Chalupa Supreme that I had ordered. Yes, they were busy, but which fast food chain isn't these days, especially at or near dinner hour. But shouldn't they take an extra few seconds to at least make sure you get what you've ordered? I've taken to checking it myself before leaving, but now they've taken to sealing my order for "my protection". So now that gives them an out if/when they get the order wrong? At this age I was replacing tires for $3.35/hr, much too dangerous then and nowadays for people this age. But they're now pushing to get paid a "living wage" for a job that is supposed to teach you entry-level skills and responsibilities! Get my food order right first, THEN you'll get better wages to advance once you prove you can handle the basics of a job!!! read more

The service was great - the orders were correct. The food was bad. Tried a bowl like a competitor makes. Hot temperature salad fixings don''t make it. The sauce on the burrito was skimmpy. Suggest getting 2 handfuls of packets to put moisture in the burritos and tacos. read more

This place is aweful just as the ENTIRE business ethics of Roswell....they are very very slow took 20 min for anyone to even come the the window after trying to reach someone on the intercom speaker before the window and they forgot 2 items...the employee was extremely rude and just wanted me gone and alls I wanted was my order and some fire sauce which they didnt put in the bag after comfirming to me that they most certainly did...thats what I get for trusting a business in Roswell read more
