My husband and I loved coming here when we are in Roswell visiting. This trip was not good. The lady taking our order was rude and seemed super offended when my husband asked for extra chili sauce. We are very aware there is chili in the burritos already and we really like their sauce. Well, she showed us.THEY DIDNT PUT ANY CHILI SAUCE IN OUR BURRITOS. That is some petty BS I know it probably won't make any difference to you but we will not be going back ever again. Heads Up for Menudo Lovers from California! If you're used to being offered corn or flour tortillas with your Menudo, be sure to ask for them--otherwise, they'll serve it with plain bread and butter. Also, they don't automatically bring out cilantro, so if you like it with your soup, request it when ordering. Solid Spot for Mexican Food in Roswell Stopped in at Burritos and More while visiting Roswell and had a pretty good experience. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was solid. We ordered: Churros with caramel dipping sauce - Crispy, warm, and the caramel was delicious. Huevos Rancheros - Nicely done, good flavor, and came with beans and potatoes. Menudo - The broth was decent, and the meat was tender. Just be aware of the tortilla situation mentioned above if you're used to a California-style Menudo experience. Overall, it was a good meal, and I'd stop by again if I were in the area. The burritos are good except the Carne Asada is too dry and salty. They need to work on their Customer Service skills. Because some of the girls don't understand what you are ordering or get confused or frustrated because they have a line of customers so practice patience too with your customers. Verdict: Go burrito or go home. Or, go burrito and go home. Either way, go where the locals do. (To eat, I mean. Don't go following them home too.) I happily found this place on a road trip to the caverns. Stopped in at the tourist traps and checked that of the bucket list. Skepticism made me hungry so I started looking around. The road into downtown is paved with chain restaurants and the local places by the museum were lackluster. Seriously. Read the reviews on the local buffet before going. I found Burritos and More just by wandering and it was exactly what I wanted. Had a hankering for a NM breakfast burrito and these guys do breakfast all day. They also do a "Super Big Breakfast Burrito", among many others. Now, I've had more than a few bigger breakfast burritos in my day but it wasn't small and, even if it were, the prices here are great. I can say the same for the people working there. I totally understand why all the nearby residents were there for lunch. Don't miss all the options at the salsa bar during your visit. This place absolutely blew my mind! Who thinks about putting a chile relleno in a burrito!?! It's new! It's exciting! And let me tell you, it was delicious! It was so rich in flavor and just the right amount of spice. I also tried the carne asada burrito, which was pretty good too, but did not beat the chile relleno. The drive through is a little confusing and pretty packed when we went, but we got through it within 15 minutes. Bonus: it was not a messy eat! This spot was a sweet find on our way through Roswell. As always, we were on the look out for green chili stew, which they have, as well as a great menus of other items. We decided on smothered burritos (with green chili of course) and they absolutely did not disappoint. Grabbed a couple of orders of the green chili stew for later, and headed out. We moved to Roswell no 3 years ago and it has been really hard to find "real" Mexican food. This place does it! It's fast very small place but very good. The people are friendly and will do what what it takes to get your order out fast and fresh. Just wish they were open longer than 2 pm. read more

Sorry but this place doesn't live up to its nearly 5 star rating. The burritos were not wrapped properly and everything fell out. They were dry as heck even with the salsa that they refused to add to the inside of the burrito on request. This morning I drove to Burritos and More for menudo, since it is easy to swallow and I have a sore throat. They gave it to me in a sealed white bag and I placed it on the floor. The lid was not placed on it right so when I went to pick it up, the menudo came out and poured into my $100 Nine West purse, and my wallet. It poured on my seat, floor mat, and carpet, which is now stained from red chili. My 5 month old car. All this because someone did not do their job. I called to talk to a manager and they would not let me talk to the manager and would not tell me how to get in touch with the owner. For a drive-thru Mexican restaurant, it's pretty good. We ordered a combo steak burrito with beans and potatoes inside. Amazing tortillas, thick and delicious. We ordered the chips and guacamole and the chips were stale. Guacamole was too salty. But all in all, it was a great choice for this little town tourist stop! read more

I love the food here, well, mostly the asado because that is my favorite, great burrito, I have it with their green salsa and I am a very very happy person. You need to know that their burrito is open at both ends so be for warned, but, that means you get more for what you pay for. Prices are reasonable.
