It was served with sides of rice and beans. The salsa was excellent, very fresh and flavorful. Refried beans were very savory with good texture and flavor. The rice was excellent too. Often I find rice to be just ok, but this was full of flavor. I will definitely order a side of rice every time I come here. Service was vey friendly and the dining area was clean. The interior was bright and cheerful with colorful decor. I was excited to see a sign that said "Margarita Flight" so I will plan to dine here sometime when I am not traveling for work. There is an outdoor patio in the spring and the summer when the weather is nice. Inside there is a bar area and then to the right is a seating area if you have kids with you. I called ahead and ordered the ribs in green sauce and the enchiladas and they told me it would be ready in 12 minutes. The ribs are bone-in ribs. The ribs come with rice and beans. The enchiladas come with just rice. There are several different meats that you can put in the enchiladas and I have them do the pork. The food was hot when I got it home to Rushville I did not have to reheat anything. I could have done without the slices of avocado on top of my enchiladas as I just threw those away. Also a little less of the sour cream. Everything tasted good and given that they were very quick I will most likely order from here again. I don't know if that is because they put so many cold ingredients in with the meat but I ate half of it cold and then put it in the microwave at home to eat the rest of it warm. The sweet habanero chicken burrito has chicken, pico de gallo, cilantro, lime, sweet habanero sauce, monterey jack, rice, and black beans along with chicken.
