If you've been to one Chipotle, you've seen them all, right? Not the case with this Chipotle!!! Portion size- you get what you pay for, no skimpy sizes! The food was fresh, tasted fantastic and the guacamole was outstanding. Their brisket is some of the best, as it was hot, full of flavor and tasted delicious. Kyle topped it off with not only did he seem to like his job, but took the time to see how we were enjoying our day. I've eaten at a lot of Chipotle restaurants and by far, the employees here seem to be happy! Either they are simply lucky to hire great people, or they have a strong management that empowers their employees! Well done! I would drive the extra 30 minutes and go to New Castle's Hothead Burritos! Just make sure you go in the evening. Service on day shift is eh. Chipotle is my go to when I want a healthy "fast food"option. There ingredients are always fresh. Everything always taste the same. There's no deviation from their recipe. It's good to know when you get some thing it will taste the same every time. My only complaint is the food line area is not always clean. Good quality food at a good price point . read more

Not at all worth the money! We spent almost $30 and that was ridiculous for what we got! Drink selection was awful, there was no options for caffeine and sugar free. My spouse's bowl with no meat but rice and beans was almost $10. Chips were stale. Taco Bell's stuffed Grilled burritos are better. read more

We got a free lifestyle bowl on the 10th for the don't quit challenge! It was very tasty! We also got a large chips and queso, the queso was delicious, however I think the amount of chips we received wasn't enough for the queso. Seemed a bit more like a small chip with a large queso. Since HR does not want to do anything about my wrongful termination for leaving a shift when the manager told me to leave because his pride was hurt when I told the GM I didn't want to work together anymore. Here is what you as a customer want to know about this location. 1.) There is an alarm you will hear go off they call "Party Time" where they should be washing their hands. Never once seen anyone do it. Ew 2.) If you come in first thing in the morning, expect left over from last night they put in a tray to cool and reheat the next day. 3.) We would mix up the Guac so you wouldn't see all the brown in it. Grant it is hard to keep guac fresh, but I have seen it first-hand. 4.) If you order mobile or online, expect it is not going to be worth the amount you'd get inside because you can't complain about it then and there. I was actually told I put too much food in the order and "It's better to be under than to be over." 5.) I was actually trained several different ways on several different things, so if your stuff is not consistent, I can take a guess as to why. 6.) They do not scrub the dishes. At all. They spray them down then dip it in a sanitizer bath for a few seconds. and when I tried to actually scrub the dishes, I was told how long I was taking on dishes. 7.) I started buying the ingredients myself and meal prepping this, I spend 2 hours to make 20 good sized entrees for $80. You are spending too much on the food I promise you. $20 an entree is surreal. 8.) I was fired for "Job abandonment" but that's an excuse they used so they wouldn't have to pay unemployment, I was actually fired with 0 talk or discussion on how to improve, but the manager who harassed me until I left the shift he told me to leave has had several HR cases about his temper and "They have been working on it" The real reason I was fired was because I told the Field manager that the General manager, Mark, let one of the night managers, Caydence, Cuss him out in front of all of us and the customers. Not only that, but afterwords they went to the back to flirt and play fight by dumping buckets of water on each other. It was super awkward to be around. I hope neither of your significant others see this, because how childish and unfaithful. I haven't been back to this place last year. Tells you the chips were stale and the burrito tasted funny and old. The service was mediocre just getting by, and it was couple hrs before closing. The place looks like every other chipotle. I usually go up north on 116th street by ikea if I get a chipotle. But go to QOBDA in greenfield someone takes pride there. But heck everything is hit and miss a lot of these places. read more

Very unimpressed for the quality of food at Chipotle in Greenfield, Indiana. This was my first time ordering from this establishment. We ordered 3 burrito bowls and 1 burrito with a price tag of $54. The burrito bowls were cold and the burrito was warm. The service was poor as well. I do not like to give a bad review but unfortunately when you spend that much money to have a nice hot meal and it's as cold as it had just came out of the refrigerator, absolutely disgusting. read more
