Went in the drive-through at about 1:30 AM ordered a $47 total and everything looks like it was smashed and pressed together like they was mad because I came at the last minute. I'm sorry no one is forcing you to work there. Taco Bell management needs to look into the workers there if you go through their comments and reviews they have a little too many 1star I reviews and it ain't for no reason and I'm going to post a picture of my receipt just for taco bowel management to know who was working at this exact time if they care about their customers and do their job in firing people that are not supposed to be there anymore if they don't wanna work there not going to lie the cashier was great and did her job correctly but who ever was cooking at that exact time needs to be let go I will keep on coming back to check and will upgrade when thinks change thanks read more

I waited 1 hour for my food and i went up and asked several times about it and they said they were "working on it". While we were waiting and sitting down one of the employees came up to us and asked when we were leaving. We told him we were waiting for our food, and he proceeded to tell us that when we got it we needed to leave because he was tired and wanted to go home, and cleaning the lobby was his last task he needed to do before he left. I went up and asked again for my order and the workers went to the back and continued to talk about how i was " annoying" for asking for my order that i paid for. Extremely disappointing order overall. Nachos BellGrande were poorly made with barely any cheese and dry beans just dumped on the side. The Mexican pizza had almost no cheese, very dry tortillas, barely any beef, and a lump of beans in the middle not even spread out. We asked for no tomatoes, but it looks like they messed up and just pushed them to the side. Chicken quesadillas had barely any chicken. The order was almost $80, items were missing, extra things were added that we didn't order, and drinks were missing too. Everything felt rushed and unorganized. By the time we got home it was too late to drive back, but this should've been done right the first time. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever encountered. I ordered my favorite, a Crunchwrap supreme & just look at the pictures! It was all lettuce, hardly any meat or cheese. It flopped in half the minute I picked it up. My husbands chalupa was dry and the nachos bell grande chips were EXTREMELY salty to the point where they were inedible. I waited 40 minutes for my order. They kept telling me "oh it's gonna be out in 5 mins" over and over again. They have no sense of urgency. I am extremely disappointed. I don't usually leave bad reviews on smaller chains that don't have enough staffing. But because the current staff was so rude It's absolutely ridiculous. When I asked where my order was after 45 minutes of ordering inside and waiting, they treated me like I was a pos. I went through the drive thru and the cashier barely paid attention, which is fine except I only got 4 things from my 10 item order. I went inside and thanks to contactless order no one would talk to me until 3 times of literally having to call out excuse me and then someone else had to call out for anyone to bother. Service is always slow. Sometimes they never wear hats, or hairnets. I have seen employees, not change their gloves after changing garbage is, or making food. And they also have touched their hair and not change gloves. Food is sometimes, cold. read more

I normally love Taco Bell so I'll start driving into American Fork to visit that location from here on out. Tonight we hit up the Bell in Saratoga Springs for some quick lazy dinner for our family of 6. We got few boxes and stuff for the kids. There was no one else at the location so ordering was quick. We didn't wait long for the food which is normally a positive thing but when we got home we quickly were disappointed... A) everything was cold, like not colder from the drive home, straight up cold cold (even the nacho cheese for the fries)... oh and the fries were stone cold too! B) the crispy chicken tacos were sooo overly fried that we literally couldn't bite into them, I stopped after worrying I was going to break a tooth! We threw all 4 directly into the trash after hitting them with a meat tenderizer to see if they would break, the did after a few hits. Too bad Yelp doesn't support video, a picture will have to do. C) we were missing a few items, the good ones too At least the cheesy roll ups microwaved fine for the little kids. Good thing we got extra so we had something to eat. All in all, I know this location has been struggling for awhile now and while it often impacted wait times, it never impacted the food until tonight. Like I said at the beginning, next time we get a craving for the Bell, we will just head over to American Fork and forget this location altogether. read more

I don't know why this location can't get it together. It's such a shame that the only fast food I really love is Taco Bell, but the location I live closest to is the WORST! Every single time I place an order, the entire order is royyyally messed up. There's been food missing, drinks missing, stale taco shells, add-ons missing, and the worst part is they NEVER give us sauce packets even when we tell them exactly what sauce and how much. I love Taco Bell. Taco Bell is my first love and my go to for fast food. However, this Taco Bell is the absolute worst I've ever been to (and I've been to a lot of them). In fact, I downloaded yelp just so I could air my grievances. First, this Taco Bell is slow as all get out. It's been that way for years. YEARS. The only reason I kept returning is for that sweet, sweet soft taco that they made, occasionally with a quesarito as well. It was always warm and satisfying, which mostly made up for the 30 minutes I'd spend waiting for them. Second, and more recently, they've been changing their hours on a whim with little to no notice. I went a couple weeks ago and they would keep their lobby open until 8. When I got there at 7:58 one time they locked me out. I even made eye contact and had (somewhat of) a staring match the employee that locked the doors early. Wouldn't let me in. But it was whatever. I could understand, I've worked in fast food before; maybe it was a hard day. I kept my frustration to myself and let bygones be bygones. But, I went back today, less than two weeks later at 7:15, KNOWING that they would be closing their lobby at 8. I planned accordingly. But when I got there, their lobby was ALREADY CLOSED. In fact, there was a worker outside who was telling cars they couldn't come through their drive thru. I asked them what time they closed their lobby and they said 7pm. I mentioned that it used to be 8 and asked when they made that changed. He said approximately 3 weeks ago (which doesn't line up with when it was 8pm). After a second disappointing visit to this location, I kept my tradition and got depression food from elsewhere as I had the first time. Taco Bell, I love you. Now, always, and forever I will love you. Even amidst any consequences that may come from too many soft tacos. But this location? This location has been too disappointing too often. I wish I had any faith in this location, but after not one, but two heartbreaking experiences I will not be able to bring myself back to this location. To this Taco Bell location specifically, I hope you can change. I believe in change. I hope that someday some young boy can love you as much as I did and that you will be worthy of his love. read more

So this review will probably not be helpful for people wanting to visit the location but I am hoping the owner of this franchise location makes some changes. This is my local Taco Bell so I will continue to visit here often regardless. However, this location is not only understaffed but busy all the time. These poor employees are probably being worked to the bone. Every time I have encountered an employee they have been the most pleasant and amazing people. I never have a bad experience with them. My only complaint is the wait time. When I go for fast food I want it to be fast. Not 1.5 hours in a drive thru. I have even tried ordering wayyy in advance online and that didn't help. Please please please hire more employees to handle the amount of customers you get since your the only Taco Bell in the area. Your employees deserve better. read more

Ugh if I could give zero stars I would. I was hungry on Friday and decided to "treat myself" to Taco Bell because I was working and couldn't get away from my desk. This was all a mistake. When I got the food the Cheesy Gordita tasted like it had some kind of soap on the shell, the meat tasted weird. I didn't think anything of it until I started getting horrible stomach pains and cramps. I spent the entirety of my four day weekend in the toilet. I don't know what happened I don't know if I care to know but I have had food poisoning for days. I just want it to end. Never again. This locations lack of any communication on top of the food poisoning is just where I draw the line. It's Taco Bell so I don't expect it to be amazing but geez not being sick on my holiday weekend would have been great. Please please please do a course in food safety at this location. read more

I hate to give this location a 3-star because the staff here is always so great and my dislikes about this location aren't necessarily their fault but I think it's important that those visiting this location know about the extra long wait times. I frequent this location a couple of times a month and I always wait longer here than other Taco Bell locations in the Utah County and Sale Lake County areas. The food is always what you would expect from a Taco Bell so not upset with the quality, just the longer wait times that you typically get with Fast Food joints in the Saratoga Springs area. I hope that changes with more restaurants and food chains coming to the area but for now sometimes I won't even both with this place if there are cars wrapped around the building. read more

YELP needs a Negative star option just for lousy establishments like this one. This Taco Bell is the worst run fast food establishment ever - that includes the poorly run Burger King and the horribly managed Arctic Circle in town. The manager is a useless tool. With people INSIDE the lobby waiting to order, this sub-human female kicks people out saying "the lobby is closed - it's after 8:00." One guy had to argue that he was WAITING for his food. On any given day the wait at the drive through is at least 20 min - during the evenings it is well over 30 min. And that wait is for the opportunity to play Order Lottery. I have NEVER gotten exactly what I order at this place. It is actually a running joke with the family to see whose order get messed up. Unless you are craving sub-par Mexican food and the adding suspense around whether you get what you order - you would be better off going to the WalMart across the street, buying ingredients, going home, cooking your Mexican meal and still have some time to waste before you would get your meal(ish) from this Taco Bell. (BTW - I wrote this in less time than it took to actually PLACE my order - which was wrong.... NO LETTUCE doesn't mean extra lettuce). read more

i've written a good review about this place before. they messed up my order SO bad. first i ordered my food, took them 20 minutes and they come out with the wrong order. like completely wrong. i go up to them and tell them the messed up my order and they were SO rude about it. i ask for a new burrito and they get mad at me. gave me attitude for no reason, i was so nice about it. my friends ordered at the same time as me. they finished making my replace burrito way before they even got my friends food out. when they got there food, NONE of it was right. they got the same thing and managed to get none of the same burritos. needless to say i've never been more disappointed in taco bell and never have had a worse food experience. the food wasn't even good, the tortillas were stale and had way to much sause. do better. read more

We went to Taco Bell Sunday night after getting back into town. After seeing all the commercials for it lately I was craving it. I got the chalupa craving box that came with a Supreme Chalupa, Supreme Burrito, soft taco, medium drink (Baja Blast), and cinnamon twists for about $5.50. Honestly the chalupa's are the best thing at Taco Bell and you can't get them anywhere else. The line for the drive thru wasn't horribly long but it did take a really long time, maybe 20 plus minutes? I'm sure they are short staffed and maybe there's a better time to go besides at dinner time. The chalupa was amazing and surprisingly my toddlers scarfed down the soft taco. I wasn't impressed with the supreme burrito, I could easily make it at home taste for taste. read more

This locations inability to retain staff should have been the signal that management here needs to be replaced. Even when staffed, the experience is poor due to the management. No quality control. No customer service. Just a bad experience all around. They are currently only open between 11:00 - 5:00 due to staffing issues.
