Visited the drive through last night, greeted by a VERY sweet young lady. I don't think ANY drive thru has the capacity to get an order correct since the beginning of THE PLAGUE (Coronavirus). No Fire sauce, no napkins, (admittedly I am REALLY sloppy) and I asked that they HOLD the Nacho Cheeze WIZ on my burritos but they squirted it in anyway. (AND my requests printed on the receipt) BUT the WORST part was the total P R I C E, over $42.00. This is just 1 maybe 2 ounces of taco meet (total), some re-fried beans and flower tortilla shells, with almost a sprinkling of shredded cheese, (almost) for gods sake.... I put in an asap pick up order in before I even left my house that's about 10 minutes away. Spoke to someone and told them I had a pickup when I got there and it said my order was ready on the app. I waited 35 minutes and finally got my order. I'm not even the type to write reviews but nah never going to this Taco Bell again. read more

Every time I go to this location, they asked me to back up to the first window and come back to the second window to "fix their screen" as if I don't know that means reset timer to seem like they give faster service than they do. 2:30p- 12/20 Drive through was extremely slow but worst part was the way they folded the burritos in from both ends! They made them extremely small and hardly put any beans in them. They forgot to include our cheese roll up in the bag and we asked for hot sauce and didn't get that or straws. If corporate saw what we got, they'd be furious. read more

The workers are literally standing there talking rather than making my food. I ordered 15 minutes ago and still haven't gotten my food if I wanted 15 minutes for my food when the restaurant is empty, I would go into an actual sit down restaurant. More concerned about themselves than making the food. The bathrooms are actually clean this time so that's an improvement. read more

Without a doubt this location is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. This includes Phoenix and California! The food is hot and always prepared with care. Not just thrown in a bag. Always been a fan of this location. It's clean. The food is always hot enough. Taste...is exactly what I'm looking for...preservatives, and the heartburn that comes with it. The workers, are always working. Thank you for this, all of you. The hatred and unkind, lunatic people...and their entitled lives...I have seen them berate the workers. Must make you feel like such a big person to go all sorts of evil on someone that conducts hundreds of transactions a day..and gee, they might make a few human errors. Covid response poor. Higher ups here are "too good" to wear PPE. You take a health risk coming here. Came here to pick up a delivery. Saw people walking in and out so I went in. An employee started asking me if the order on the counter was mine si he could give it to me, when the General Manager, as he calls himself rudely interjects, hollaring at me about going to the drive thru as if I knew they wanted people to pick up there. I looked at him, looked at my order, and simply asked him if my order was ready. The employee, who had mask and gloves says "Yes!". The General Manager dude was pissed at this point because it would look stupid to make go through now that I knew for sure that was my order. He had to give it to me. The real issue here was the GM behind the counter, in the food areas with no protection, no PPE. HE was gallavanting around as if he was exempt. Thats unsafe and unsanitary. I wonder about loosening restrictions when so many establishments like this havent been following safe practices in the first place. read more

I'm never coming to this Taco Bell again. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with just chicken and the sauce, they gave me tortilla with chicken. I order 12 cinnamon delights and got two. When I got home and called the Taco Bell, the girl kept getting the entire thing confused and her manager took over the phone and told me to come pick up a replacement quesadilla and cinnamon delights. I went and I believe the girl on the phone came up to me, she was very shady and said their fryer is broken so they can't give me cinnamon delights. I asked her if I can just replace both the quesadilla and cinnamon delights with a Crunchwrap supreme. I got home and it had nothing but lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes. All this and the fact my dads in the hospital so I'm taking care of my baby brother and can't even get him a proper dinner? I mean first chicken and tortilla and then lettuce and tortilla, I feel awful for him. read more

I always get good service and good food as well. I would recommend this for a quick meal but nothing serious. I've had better tacos, but the ones at Taco Bell are decent enough for lunch. Its overall a good restaurant! read more

Zachery I, should be fired, he's extremely rude while taking drive thru orders and is even worse at the window, he clearly hates his job. When I told the assistant manager that he should quit his job if he hates it so much, her only response was "I do too honey". This place used to be very good but over the years the employees have turned awful and management needs to do something about it, I hope they at least take Zachary away from taking orders as he's clearly not a people person. Hopefully management starts to take action as I've seen a lot of 1 star ratings lately. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell. It seems like they are always short staffed. I am always waiting for my food for at least 20 minutes & I always order ahead of time on the app. Last month I waited almost 45 minutes for nachos. They had already taken payment and didn't tell me the wait would be so long. Only gave them 2 starts because the staff is always nice despite there probably being 2 of them. read more

The lines are always ridiculous (like right now. While I'm writing this. I've been here for 30 minutes.), somethings always broken (fryer for about 6 weeks, card reader last time I was here), and the kid at the window always feels the need to say "well I see you're here again," I do not need to be judged for picking up food from the only place that's open when I get off work. Ordered 2 combos and 3 additional items and not one item in the bag was made correctly. Paid for everything to be supreme and nothing came that way. Nachos did not have beans on them. Basically if you use the drive thru you will have to open every single item and make sure they are right before pulling off. Last time we ordered they forgot to put cheese on the nachos.... Thinks a Crunchwrap supreme is an old tortilla, 99.5% tomatoes .5% meat. I have problems Everytime I come to this location. I'm not sure if it's the time I choose to eat there or if it's just an entire staff issue. I understand nobody wants to work anymore, but I'd rather wait in line for 30 minutes for a worthy Crunchwrap supreme versus waiting for a half ass one. read more

I called about a failed grub hub order that never got to my house. The manager (I apologize for forgetting her name) said the order never reached their store. She was very kind and explained the situation with sincerity. I will not be using grub hub anymore but am very appreciative of the customer service from the manager at this Taco Bell location. read more

Very slow service. The restaurant is fairly new (or remodeled) and appeared to be staffed well but they can not keep up with the orders. It appears they are giving priority to the drive through but I am sure that is just my stomach talking. I might second guess coming back to this location. read more

The food is all good and stuff but there is a major problem here. We got food the other day for lunch and were in a hurry. We didn't notice our credit card wasn't returned to us and drove home. Well, 12 hours later we had 4 charges in Duluth, GA charged to our card after they took it. Do not go here. Seriously. I never have any problems with this location always nice food is Taco Bell. I usually get the same thing every time and love it. For what I order I think it's over priced especially since I can make them at home but I love the convenience of fast food no dirty dishes and mostly because I don't have the time.
