My friend went here a couple weeks ago and ordered three things off the dollar menu. She got to the window and the girl told her her total was $3 and some change. She gets home and checks her bank account and they charged her over $12, was not offered a receipt at the window. Flash forward to last night my mom went here and got two items, both with EXTRA cheese. She pays, they hand her the receipt, she checks and she is charged for extra cheese on both (50 cents per item) so she assumes everything is fine. This location is absolutely horrible. I went through the drive-thru around 5pm on a Saturday night and there were no other cars in the drive besides me. The person taking my order was not notating anything I was ordering correctly on the screen. Then another person came on the intercom and proceeded to take my order over again and was just rude about having to retake my order when it was their employee's fault. Once I got the window to pay, they rushed to give us our order and we double checked the bag because they rushed everything. They did not put three items we were charged for in the bag, we then drove back around to tell them the issue and the employees don't even apologize for the inconvenience, they just give us attitude told us to just go around to the front and wait for them to bring it out. We then waited 7 minutes outside for the employee to bring it to the vehicle so I went inside asking for them and they apparently just got done with making them as soon as I came inside. This is the SECOND time we've had the SAME experience. It was as if they were forcing us on a diet or they were on a low budget. The burritos were only full 1/3 way. The triple double crunchwraps weren't even stuffed with "toppings," rather just a millimeter of liquid cheese and a biteful of beef in ONE location of the crunchwrap.
