One of the worst Chipotle experiences I've had. The restaurant was extremely dirty--there was garbage and food all over the place, and I had to use my own wipes just to clean off a table. The staff was incredibly rude and had an attitude when I asked a simple question. Terrible service and communication with the mobile app. My wife went to pick up an order that was given a pickup time of 4:50 and arrived shortly after that. As of writing this about 15 minutes later she has been repeatedly brushed off and the staff seem completely uncaring about getting the order done in time. Loyal Chipotle customer of 3+ years here, visiting at least once a week. I went in today after a long day of work, only to find they were out of steak. When I asked how long it would be, I was initially told they didn't have any and it would be a few hours. Fortunately, a cook overheard and corrected them, saying it would be ready in 5 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes, the steak finally came out, and I resumed making my bowl. However, when the employee scooped the steak, she gave me about a third of what was on the spoon--literally six pieces. I politely asked if she could give me a bit more, especially after waiting for 10 minutes. She seemed uncertain and looked to her co-workers for guidance. Two of them simultaneously responded, "We can't do that, sorry." I looked down at my bowl--barely covered with a small scoop of beans, a sparse layer of rice, and those six tiny pieces of steak. I asked once more for a little more steak, but the response remained the same. At that point, I turned around and walked out, realizing they'd rather save a little steak than keep my business. The meat looked like it had been boiled, the little bit of meat that was left was swimming in juice or water. I started eating at home and there was a big piece of hard plastic in my food. The food was hot and fresh when I got it home. Granted, it wasn't ready at the time specified, but I only had to wait an additional 10 minutes. And they were busy as well, so I understood. Everything was boxed up really nicely. And the party guests loved the food. After I walk in with my kids yesterday I kindly greeted a young man behind the counter. All I got was: " What do you want!?" With an angry face. I thought he didnt hear me, so I greeted him again, and I got a similar response again. His attitude got me vey upset, and another employee by the name of Jasmine, quickly realized what was going on and took over. She was friendly and helpful. Thank you for that. Unfortunatey I met the young man again at the cash register, he proceeded putting one of the orders up side down in the bag and everything leaked out. It was a mess when I got home. I returned to the counter and the woman at the counter offered to remake my burrito, that was the size of a small child's thumb. She then turned to her "manager", who said that there was nothing she could do about it and the she didn't have time to talk to me...although she was not looking at me, never looked up, and was standing right in front of me. I was never addressed by her and the employee awkwardly looked at me and repeated what the manager said literally 5 feet from me. I left with a $13 complete waste of money. If I could give ZERO I would. Please do yourself a favor and check out the google reviews with the photos. I'm not sure how the health department has not shut this place down. This is how I received my taco and quesadilla. No sides with the quesadilla, not even in a quesadilla container and empty trash containers in with my taco. Paid quite a bit for this with a drink, and immediately tossed it as I felt that my food had been tampered with, with there being trash in it. So not only is there literal trash all over the floors, tables, and counters, there's also literal trash working behind the counters. The staff is rude and classless. I have complained before and I guess this is how they address complaints- by putting garbage/ containers in with your food. All of the staff is extremely rude. The blonde treats people like trash, I'm 100% positive she did this to my meal as I've filed complaints here before about her specifically. One of my employees said he was going to go here today for food and I warned him not to as this is the absolute worst Chipotle I've ever been to. He walks in to get a mobile order that he had placed 30 min prior and stood there for 40 minutes which was the entirety of his lunch break. His food was made incorrectly (real shocker) rice was not even cooked and meat was over cooked. When he asked the status of the order he was told, "you can just wait." He said there was garbage everywhere behind the counter, garbage overflowing. The chips weren't even in bags. (No wonder they're always stale here) The icing on the cake was when he finally got his mobile order after 40 minutes he went to get a coke (fountain drink) only to have clear carbonated water shoot out. This place is such a dump. This franchise should be closed as it is unsanitary and mis-managed. Everyone needs to contact the health department and get this place shut down. The glass was gross and looked as if it has not been cleaned in days. The food preparation area was even dirtier. The entire dining area was dirty with food on the floor , table tops were smudged and dirty. Once again simply disgusting. I was dumb enough to stilll get food. The meat was cold and looked as if it had been left out for sometime. They were out of black beans, the salsa was scraped off of the bottom of the container.
