Food was pretty good. tortillas were a little tough but not bad. customer service not terrible. Could work out a few things on that note. inside was dirty crumbs and cheese everywhere. Everytime I go my order is wrong and why does it take over an hour to get 2 bean burritos like hello? And why does the loaded beef nachos have no beef that's so stupid. My husband and I ordered online and when we got there they said they didn't have it (I used to work in fast food I totally get it, come to find out my app was having problems and it had nothing to do with them so we went inside and ordered no problem) while we were inside waiting for our food to be done we could hear the employees taking bad about what we ordered. I am pregnant so being pregnant I wanted a little extra food and I had to modify things for my pregnancy and they were bashing us and made us feel unwelcome. We will not be returning to this location again. Do better. read more

Beware of this Taco Bell! Seriously! Went there at 8am-drive through(mid March). When I received my food I didn't drive off as I wanted to check my order(last 2x I was missing food). The rough looking brown haired, Middle Aged lady w/ an arm sling & tattoos all over (no name tag) tells me to pull forward. I explain I'm just checking my order(WHICH WAS MISSING AN ITEM!). She tells me to leave & I can come into the lobby if it's wrong! It literally takes 10 seconds Lady! I tell her I'm missing food & this is still my turn in line as I am the current customer. Now she's really angry, eye rolls & snideness in full force! I ask her what her name is & she smirks stating "I don't feel like giving it to you". As she brings back the missing item (tossed unwrapped-no wrapping in a bag) I use my phone & snap a few pics of her to give to corporate so they could ID their employee! She then shoved her hand out the building window & into my car to block me from snapping a pic! INTO MY CAR! Not once did I raise my voice, curse or do anything unlawful! She was highly unprofessional, highly aggressive! Fast forward to today. I attempted to go through the drive thru today, 8am. She was the cashier again(no name tag but the same haggard woman)! I paid, received my food (silence between us) & again began to check my order before leaving. She then says "you got your food today but your not welcome here! I called the police on you last time for shoving your phone in my face! They should have contacted you". Wait? What? I never came near the woman's "face". Rather I was in my car, in my personal space! Nothing menacing or illegal about what I did. She filed a false police report? Really? Because I didn't bow in submission to her unreasonable demands? When I ask her who the manager is she smirks and says "I'm the general manager I'm IT". Again refusing to give me any info that I needed in order to file a complaint! Nope! I told her "no this isn't right, this is stupid!" I then left when she ended the conversation by turning her back to me. Apparently she again called the police for fun! Love the use of police department for fantasy wrongdoings! Lol my husband gets called at work from Stayton Police. What an absolute tool this supposed general manager is! Taco Bell you can do better! I usually don't write reviews but This is hands down the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I am a Taco Bell connoisseur and honestly this place should be shut down. It's way under staffed and everyone who does work here is rude and unprofessional. One experience I had here is sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes only to be denied right before ordering. They also cut the guy off in front of us IN THE MIDDLE OF HIS ORDER! No effort put into anything here. Save your money. read more

Taco Bell has gone downhill. They want all of their orders done online, so they can minimize dealings with actual people. You cannot order over phone, but can make an account and order from their app. You cannot order certain items in the store, but you can order whatever you want from the app! Their online pricing was not current, as it was more expensive in the store. The menu was also outdated,as their limited time offer online was currently unavailable in the store. I guess we all just need to lower our expectations, because you will be disappointed if you have any. read more
