We went to the drive thru just a min ago and when we checked the bag for our orders, we're missing a burrito. We had to go back and let the clerk know that there's missing in our order. And guess what? She said it happens and she can't do anything about it. The nerve of this woman. First off, she shouldn't be taking orders. She sounds upset and rude. Their bathrooms.... pubes all over the seats, insulating FALLING from the walls and ceiling. I don't ever expect to get high quality food from taco bell. But this location must have either, not been trained properly, or they do not have a manager. The customer service wasn't terrible, young man at the register was polite, but it took a bit for our food to come out. The tortilla for my burrito was hard and seemed stale. Worst drive thru experience I could think of in the last few years. Pull up to order and we ask to review the menu before we order. Woman over the comm told us to take time. We did. Almost immediately after we were asked if we were ready. We apologized and asked for more time. We were informed about the importance of their drive thru times. We felt rushed and ordered. With my box I asked specifically for no beans in my burrito. Did not show on the screen summary for our order. My burrito in fact did have beans. Food poisoning!!!!!!! I went through the drive-through at this location on February 6, 2025. Today is February 11, 2025 and I am still in bed with food poisoning. I got a bean burrito and a Pepsi. Previous to this timeframe, I had not eaten since the day before at breakfast. My family ate the same thing I did that morning, so I know my food poisoning came from this Taco Bell. Sometimes I just feel like having Taco Bell! I don't eat Taco Bell very often, but when I do it is most often at this location. It is right next to Costco, where I spend a lot of my time. The service at this location is mediocre, but I wouldn't say that I've had a negative experience. They usually get my order right, and it usually comes out hot and fresh. Occasionally they don't follow the proper procedures for preparation of the food, but not in a food safety sort of way. I will continue to come here to get my chili cheese burrito and a soft taco.
