I am here at taco bell in Vicksburg and the food was horrible! The chalupas were old and tasteless, the cinnamon twists had an after taste that was gross...if I can give a negative 5 ...I would! -5 ....just terrible!! read more

***BEWARE OF THIS RESTAURANT*** Wow, stay away from here. I saw the reviews but my daughter wanted Taco Bell. I thought to myself "how bad can it be?" TRUST ME.....it's worse than bad. This place was TRASHED!!!!! Every single table was dirty with food left over. Every. Single. Table. My son needed to use the restroom and what I saw was so disgusting that I told the family to hold off on ordering. I walked around to the counter to take a look at the kitchen and OMG. It was so utterly disgusting that I got sick to my stomach. There was so much food and grim all over the floor. The prep stations were atrocious and unsanitary. Honestly, the city inspector should seriously inspect that restaurant. I sincerely believe it's a danger to public safety. read more

Worst customer service. Told they were on a 15 min hold, then told we would have to wait in the parking lot and not the drive thru. When we expressed our concerns about loosing our place in line, they threaten to call the police. There was hardly anyone inside waiting. Strangest fast food experience I've ever had. read more

Every time I go there my order is wrong, the staff are yelling and goofing off, or they are just rude. They are ALWAYS out of food and l have even been there a couple times and they were closed hours before they were supposed to. July 13 I went in and attempted to purchase food for my family and myself. I waited for a little. While an employee talked and joked with her friends and even gave them free food. Then I was asked if I order and paid like I didn't know how to read or follow instructions and then was told we don't wee the order. When I showed them it took my money. The drive thru lady oh it's just pending and it will give you your money no food was offer or any other solution. I left angry because no solution was give. A couple days later the transaction was honored I have severs attempts to get a refund and not one word. ILL NENER GO BACK TO THIS TACO BELL AGAIN!!!!! I want my money back. read more

The woman working the window/speaker was the RUDEST person. We sat in line for over an hour, made it to the speaker & sat there for 10 minutes at the minimum & no one ever took our order so I thought the speaker was broken. Finally make it to the window & she cussed us out because she was "training workers". Will not be returning. read more

Taco Bell, pay your workers more. Bad service comes with bad management. This Taco Bell is one of the worst I've ever been to. If they don't want to make an order, they'll simply say their system is down or the window isn't working or they ran out of everything. This has happened 4/5 times we have tried going there. We have only ever been able to actually get food once because of the fake excuses mentioned above. Learn to manage and learn to train. Girl that took my order was trying to get the order from the guy that was still behind me while I was trying to get my stuff back in wallet, took my order wrong, apparently they're deff too. Food was bad. My quesadilla was stuck to the wrapping I couldn't even get out, and my burrito was so sloppy and messy. Who made this food? Prison convicts? Employees cuss and get rude, went there a few days ago and had already ordered, sat for about 15 minutes just to be told they're out of beef. Lol. And then the time I went before this I ordered online and on a Monday @4pm they were closed when I pulled up, paid 15 dollars, and put in for a refund and never got it back. This location is just absolutely terrible. I love Taco Bell, but there's always some crap EVERYTIME you go to this one, and don't order online, if you do you better have some time on your hands because I ordered online an hour ahead because I know how they are and I still waited over another hour waiting on it, then it was completely wrong and the employee got a terrible attitude and a smart mouth, when I asked very nicely if it can be fixed, because I know people don't always have the best days. The inside itself is sometimes clean, but usually the employee are sitting at tables and leave there own trash so. One of our worst Taco Bell experiences. The restroom was not clean and the towel dispenser was broken. Also no soap in the restroom. The lobby was not clean. There was no one at the counter, I was told that I would have to enter my order on the kiosk. The kiosk was nasty, I did not want to touch it. I was not given drink cups, straws, nor napkins with my order. When I asked for these items the attendant laid the straws in a puddle of melted ice cream which was on the counter. We will never try to eat at this Taco Bell again. read more

Like many others here, I wish I could give negative stars. We had noticed it didn't seem to get very much business but one of our favorite places to get breakfast back home is Taco Bell so we figured we would stop in. It was around 9/10 in the morning and we were literally the only customers there. The woman taking our order kept acting like she was spacing out and couldn't understand anything we were saying then when we got to the window she just openly had a pack of cigarillos sticking out of her jacket pocket and she was goofing off with some guy for the longest before even acknowledging us then when she finally opened the window the smell of marijuana about took me out. Personally, I don't care what anyone does in their free time but 1. I'm pregnant and just wanted some half decent food 2. that was not the time nor the place. How unprofessional can you be? Then they proceeded to get my fiancés order wrong but we didn't feel like dealing with it so we just went back to the hotel. Now looking at all these comments and reviews I feel sick even thinking that we went there in the first place. This place needs to be shut down. read more

Went to this Taco Bell at 11:50 at night the worker told me that they were about to close when in fact, they were open another two hours. Then told us just about every drink was empty. We finally got our food, it was thrown in the bag, and the quesadilla package was torn all the way open. They put lettuce on my taco when I said no lettuce. My quesadilla meat was beyond rubbery and I couldn't even eat it. It was horrible. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I will be making a phone call to corporate first thing tomorrow morning. read more

Wish I could give this zero stars. THIS IS THE WORST TACO BELL I'VE BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. It is so bad that it shouldn't even show up on google maps. Save yourself from moldy, wet cardboard smelling tacos, nacho cheese filled burritos and syrupy drinks and got to Taco Casa. Can't say I've eaten at Taco Casa, but I had to be better than this. They took 15 minutes to make three tacos and they smelled like a dried out flooded basement. I'm pretty sure the cook has been wearing those gloves since 1993. They also have two definitions of a chicken burrito because one was made correctly and the other one had nacho cheese in it. Thanks Vicksburg for ruining Taco Bell for me. read more

Worst place ever. Pulled to drive thru, cashier says they only have tacos. Ordered 3 hard tacos. Went to window to pick up order. Employees not wearing gloves or face masks. They were talking about 2 birds in restaurant because they left door open. Got order, took to my hotel room. Opened tacos and were shocked! Tacos only had meat, a little bit of cheese and no lettuce. Worst experience ever. Paid and was told by cashier to pull up front to wait for order...in a one lane drive thru I waited for the person in front of me to get their food bc they had been told to pull up as well and noticed the person who pulled in behind me parked out front as well. There were more cars from the drive thru in the parking lot by the time I left than there were dining in. After a 7 minute wait...I timed it...the cashier came out with two orders and played musical orders with my car and another bc the orders were mixed up. If I wanted food someone else had held or touched I would have dined in a dumpster. As a health professional I know how inadequately people wash their hands therefore for the cashier to play musical orders it shows me she has no value for health and hygiene. I will not call the local Taco Bell because he manager must know and approve of their process because all cars were pulling around front to wait for their orders. This is completely inadequate and unhealthy practices so I will not be returning. read more

This Taco Bell is horrible. They are always out of everything, pretty much every time we come here. Not very clean either. The last time I was there, around the drink machine, was mold from not cleaning it and a cricket. Most of the time the staff is friendly. read more
