I can't believe it myself, but I am giving a Taco Bell 5 stars. I have been here just a couple times, but I've been super impressed each time. The restaurant is very clean. But the biggest reason is 1 employee. I wish I remembered his name. He is always smiling, helpful, and literally bouncing around the restaurant doing whatever needs to be done happily. Such a terrible location. if you store is open till 2am why stop taking orders at 1:30 and ontop of that if the order is accepted and clicked to preparing, it should be made. We get food from here all the time and its either missing half of it, not made according to details, or in this case not made at all. Ive spent weeks dealing with customer service just to get 20$ back and its ridiculous. you guys should be closed due to how badly you screw over your customers, or atleast have your delivery service privelges revoked as you are just making them look bad at this point. Hire better workers or make sure they actually make what they accept because this is getting ridiculous and im contemplating sueing at this point. good thing ive saved reciepts. Worst food I've ever eaten from a fast food restaurant, service was great but horrible food.

The Taco Bell at 345 Main St., Waterville, ME deserves ZERO stars. I arrived at 10pm on a Sunday night (they are open until 1am). I came inside the store to place my order. There wasn't anyone at the counter, and two people were waiting for their food to be made. I saw the self-order kiosks, so I placed my order. After my order was placed a woman came out and scolded me for using the kiosks. She said that I should have known that I was not suppose to use the kiosks after 9pm, and that the two small stools in front of one of the kiosks was to indicate that the kiosk should not be used. Ummm, ok. But those tiny stools just looked like someone placed some low stools there. They were not in the way, nor a good way to indicate to NOT use the kiosk, The kiosks could have been shut down, unplugged, or a piece of paper placed over them, saying "DO NOT USE. ORDER AT COUNTER" I told her I was not aware of her 9pm policy to not use the kiosk and that I would be happy to place my order at the register. She said that since I already had paid that she would honor my order. WOW. I felt so lucky! I ordered a tostada, and a green burrito for nostalgia, and a crispy taco supreme. I wish I had opened my food up while I was at the restaurant. However, it wasn't until I got back to my hotel that I saw how poorly the tostada was made. The photo does not do it justice. There was a small mound of crunchy beans (as if it was the last bits in the pan) that was slopped on to 1/3 of the tostada shell. The beans were not edible. All they had to do was say that they were running low on beans and could not accommodate my order. Maybe they were too lazy to make another batch since they would be closing in 3 hours and my guess is they would be very slow at that time of the night? I wish I had take a photo of the small size of the burrito. It was about 4 inches long. And appeared to have the same old, crunchy beans that my tostada had. The green sauce was tasteless. It was inedible. The crunchy taco supreme was the super star. Thank goodness it did not have any beans. By the time I got to it I was so disappointed from the other items that it was hard to enjoy. Will NEVER go to this Taco Bell again. I hear there is another Taco Bell on the other side of Waterville...that one has a KFC attached to it. Maybe they will have better food and better service. read more

I went to this Taco Bell/ KFC today. Service was horrible. I went through the drive through and it took forever to get the girl to understand what I was ordering. When I got to the window she clearly was so high on hard drugs because she kept twitching and moving around didn't think she was ever going to be able to count my money back. Then when I got the food it was wrong and not worth eating. My taco was all busted up and I couldn't eat it. I asked for sour cream on my son's taco and they didn't put any. I am a driver for doordash. Upon arriving to pick up an order for my customer I received a notification on my phone that the order was ready and waiting. It clearly was not so I asked the person behind the counter why? They lied to my face and said that they have no control over those notifications. I know better, I've worked in restaurants too. So then I said that I knew for a fact that someone has to hit that button and I asked them to please understand that it makes me look to my customer like I am just sitting around and letting their food get cold so to please not do that again. Then this angry guy who said he was the assistant manager started yelling at me and saying that I'm not going to come into HIS RESTURAUNT and be rude to HIS EMPLOYEES. I told him that I wasn't being rude, but that he needs to understand that I am trying to operate a business and that confirming orders as completed before they are hurts my reputation and that I have to spend extra time to explain that to my customers which are also their customers. Then he said he didn't care how it made me look and that I was somehow making his store look bad. Then he threatened to kick me out, keep in mind the customer's entire order was just waiting on one box of fries and probably ended up arriving an hour late after all of this. I asked them just to put the fries into the bag so I can be on my way then the guy blows up and repeatedly tells me to leave HIS STORE and even threatened to call the police on me. I asked to speak with his boss and he refused to give me a name and refused to offer any contact info, very rudely I might add. I left, the store is on a blacklist now for me so I won't be back. This is relevant to anyone using a delivery service from this location though, I wouldn't. They do not respect the customers that do so, they think that they can get away with leaving your food to rot on the shelf while they get to everyone besides you and they treat drivers like subhuman garbage and then drivers get blamed for their total incompetence. I have never been treated in such a vile way and I am a professional at this with several thousand successful deliveries under my belt and many satisfied customers. Absolutely disgusting, if you like the food and actually want to receive it in time and dislike petty little control freaks that think they own the world because they made assistant at a Taco joint then might I suggest spending your money at the location on Kennedy Memorial Drive instead. This place is the worst, most oppressive and unprofessional setting I have every made the mistake of walking into. read more

The food was good like I love Taco Bell but the workers were careless with the food placement. The guy who took our order was super nice but the women who gave us our food kept looking me up and down and giving me dirty looks. The food was delicious, like I stated before I love Taco Bell, but it was just a mess, I got the three taco supremes and the shells were broken and there was meet all over the wrappers. My boyfriend got a quesadilla and that was just a mess, it was smushed and it went all over the packaging . A new location. This location is very clean and has a nice modern interior. The drawback here is portion control. The burritos had very little filling as well as the tacos. They are not worth their time. I tried to get something there today, and they royally messed it up. Either they need to have to have their hearing checked, learn to pay attention to what the customer says, or they need to replace the drive through intercom because it feels like they mess up my order 90% of the time. Menu had a lower price than they tried to charge Manager argued with me that the price was correct. He said he couldn't do anything about the price on the drive through menu. He then argued with me until actually charging me the menu price and telling me that he was doing me a favor. How many people get over charged? I usually love and trust Taco bell for anything taco related, always have. This time just hit.. badly. As a household we ordered a few things. the focus of which is the two very depressing crunch wraps with very, very little in them and a steak burrito that was charged for but never received. Which was part of my personal food, some of which I was excited to have later. It was very disappointing and I honestly won't buy from the Main street one ever again. Gonna stick with the one on KMD.
