I don't often find myself in the Waterville area, so when I needed lunch I turned to Yelp and I'm so glad this spot popped up! It was a very convenient location on KMD with helpful staff and delicious food. My food also came out quickly and they had several tables and chairs on their lawn, so it was a nice spot to grab lunch. I saw recommendations for their fish tacos here on Yelp so I intended to get those, but they weren't offering them the day I stopped in. So be prepared for their menu to change and rotate. Instead, I opted for shrimp tacos and they were great! After looking at the menu I wasn't sure if I wanted poutine or fried mushrooms to go with my tacos so I asked the woman working at the counter. She highly recommended the poutine, so I ordered that and I'm very happy I did. Their homemade gravy had shredded beef in it, which was delicious. Excellent dog friendly lunch spot. Super friendly and fast. Was there on a Wednesday. There's a large grassy yard with shade. Only tried the quesadilla which had nicely grilled chicken and loads of green pepper and onion. They don't carry any red salsa, and the accompanying creamy sauce was a bit bland, but you can ask for some mango salsa on the side (used for some tacos). Great road stop! read more

Indiana 'Bones' and the Sheba Crew sure know how to make some great food. The team was super friendly, the prices are great, and the service was fast! (Oh... did I mention the food is THE BOMB!) We had the Haddock Sliders, PBC, and the chicken quesadillas and it was all incredible. Such a hidden gem in Maine and a must stop that's conveniently right off of I-95! Don't miss out! read more

Unbelievably delicious comfort foods! Between this food trailer and Ken's in Winslow, the area is lucky. There are a few other trucks/trailers I need to try still but it's hard to when these guys just dominate in flavor, price, & service! HUGE portions, can easily share or plan for leftovers. I happened to see that they were advertising fish tacos on a Thursday (they are usually only available on Friday and Saturday) and, needing to go out to run errands around lunch time, I figured I'd finally stop in to give them a try. I am a sucker for fish tacos, after all. There are 3 small tacos in an order. They are packed with freshly fried fish, a mango salsa (I was leery about this, but it works), and aoli. I could have done with less aoli and more shredded cabbage for freshness. They were tasty, nevertheless. I also ordered a side of fries and they were your typical hand-cut fries. Just okay. Despite being relatively busy, the service was friendly and cheerful, and my food came out relatively quickly. This is a really nice addition to the Waterville area. read more

I found this place when I was looking for a pit stop for lunch along my route, and it worked out perfectly. It's always hard to find cute places just off the highway, but the eating area set off behind the parking lot makes you feel like you're far way from the highway. When I arrived, the owner was dealing with an issue with a large order that was called in, and I could tell that she was flustered. However, after she got the order squared away, she took a break from the truck to make the rounds and make sure that those of us who were eating there were happy. Through our short conversation about why she set up this truck and the garden around it, I could tell that she has invested a lot of love and care into this business. I will agree with another review that balance between the aoili and slaw on the fish tacos could've been better, but outside of that they were delicious - I loved the mango salsa with them. read more

After a terrific visit to Colby College Museum of Art, and beginning our journey south, we were dismayed to see only fast food restaurants near the I-95 entrance. My husband said, "Let's go a bit farther." Another 1/10 of a mile and I saw Sheba's foodtruck, did a u-turn, and... Poutine!! Fish Tacos! Shebas is amazing!!! I worked with them to get a meal catered for my family gathering over the 4th. They cooked it all and we picked up the family style treys of food for dinner. We got a pulled pork dinner with all the fixings for the group and it was so good. Great value and great taste!! The pork was perfectly smoked and the Mac and cheese was a delicious. We also ordered a few desserts, the peanut butter pie was "to die for", and the brownies and raspberry crisp were excellent!! Shebas worked with me on setting up the menu and accommodating some allergies in the group too. I will be ordering from Shebas again for sure!!! read more
