PBC

Indiana 'Bones' and the Sheba Crew sure know how to make some great food. The team was super friendly, the prices are great, and the service was fast! (Oh... did I mention the food is THE BOMB!) We had the Haddock Sliders, PBC, and the chicken quesadillas and it was all incredible. Such a hidden gem in Maine and a must stop that's conveniently right off of I-95! Don't miss out!

lots of outside seating

Good menu, stopped by after seeing the sign and passing by many times. Good service, very kind, lots of outdoor seating which i was surprised by and music playing.

Fish tacos

I happened to see that they were advertising fish tacos on a Thursday (they are usually only available on Friday and Saturday) and, needing to go out to run errands around lunch time, I figured I'd finally stop in to give them a try. I am a sucker for fish tacos, after all. There are 3 small tacos in an order. They are packed with freshly fried fish, a mango salsa (I was leery about this, but it works), and aoli. I could have done with less aoli and more shredded cabbage for freshness. They were tasty, nevertheless. I also ordered a side of fries and they were your typical hand-cut fries. Just okay. Despite being relatively busy, the service was friendly and cheerful, and my food came out relatively quickly. This is a really nice addition to the Waterville area.

Dude at the neighboring table posing with his Lobster Sliders and some other delicious selection.

I don't often find myself in the Waterville area, so when I needed lunch I turned to Yelp and I'm so glad this spot popped up!

Excellent customer service! If they are busy (which is often all day on the weekends), they will…read moretake your name and number and will call you when your table is ready. Location - Great thing about their location is there are plenty of places to kill time while waiting for your table - local shops or Waterville Creates. We were there on a Saturday and we arrived around 2:30 for an late lunch/early dinner. To our surprise, there was a 25 minute wait! It's a popular family restaurant as well. It's a lot bigger inside than it seems from the outside. When you walk in, there are mostly high tables and a long bar with seating. Walk past the bar and on the right is a dining area with a lot more tables. We had 2 kids and 4 adults and we had plenty of room at a center table. There were booths along the wall. Our server was so great. So patient, and kind. She was great. She checked in regularly, our drinks never went dry. The food was excellent. We had the food for take out during the pandemic and thought it was ok. Having it in the restaurant - HUGE difference. I got the cheese curd burger without the top bun. My nephew loved his chicken wings, my niece loved her mac and cheese. We all loved our burgers and my bro-in-law liked his reuben. I loved the fries, they seemed more the "chips" from the UK - which I loved. Parking - street or on the concourse below Main Street. We will definitely be back.

Our server was super attentive and very friendly. Parking was tough. Not sure about public parking in the area as we are from out of town. Luckily we did find a spot on Common St. Give this place a shot. You won't be disappointed.
