I asked for the chips and nacho cheese dip supreme but asked for only beef and cheese... there's no nacho cheese. Only shredded cheese and a little bit of beef. I waited over two hours. Door dash drivers kept changing. I called the store and was told they had a flood so they had to clean up. But they were up on the other side of the line and could make the orders. They told me to contact door dash to get another driver out. Another driver showed up and then they cancelled. I called back to the store and they told me the order was almost ready but the driver didn't want to wait. They said it was almost ready and would be available in 10 minutes. Another driver showed up. They waited 30 minutes and also cancelled. I then drove to the store only to be greeted by an angry girl in glasses yelling "WE'RE CLOSED". The store was not closed yet at that time. I asked if I could get my order. She was screaming at me about the line being flooded again. And do I want soggy bags and soggy tacos. Then she went on to tell me that the store would blow up if she didn't fix the issue. This store needs new employees. And they need to learn how to cancel orders if they can't fulfill them. At this time they are closed and I still have drivers getting assigned to pick up my non-existent order. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

if I could rate this a 0 I would. I am never the type to leave reviews but I have tried this specific Taco Bell time and time again and something is always always wrong. The food is never consistent ever. You either don't get any filling / toppings or it is completely smashed like the crispy cantina chicken tacos I got today. Parking lot is deeper then the Grand Canyon should be fixed asap. Shouldn't be open in that condition pothole by the drive thru is literally 12-18 inches deep small cars will get stuck in this hell hole. The staff seems shocked when you walk in and all hide in the back so you leave. Hands down the worst fast-food experience of my life so far. On both of my last two trips to this Taco Bell, I was sent away from the drive-thru window empty-handed after ordering and paying. On my first visit, they told me to pull around into the parking lot (no specific spot, which seemed like a bad sign) and they would bring the order out eventually. I waited around 20 minutes (with a lot of other customers in the same boat) and no one's order came out. Eventually I gave up and went inside, and it was like a ghost town behind the counter. After another 10 minutes or so, my order eventually showed up (with no indication they were going to let any of the people abandoned in the parking lot know about it), so I just counted myself lucky and left. I should've learned from that experience but I decided to try again, and it was worse. This time, when they kicked us out of the drive-thru, they said they were *closing* the drive-thru and we had to come inside. We went inside along with everyone else from the drive-thru and waited. Lots of time passed, no one's order came up. Eventually 30 minutes passed. I was foolish enough to flag down an employee and ask for an ETA and that did not go well. I think they mocked me for expecting a mobile order to be made when I arrived (it does specifically say in the app that that's the case). At this point I just asked for a refund so I could go home, and they told me that (of course) because I ordered online, I have to go fight with online customer service to get a refund (I don't ever expect to get one). tl;dr, this Taco Bell is basically non-functional at this point. In all honesty, this was one of the best Taco Bell's I have been at. I know it's a weird thing to saw about a fast food place that serves Mexican food, but this place hit all the right buttons for us on a recent stop. Picking a place to eat last minute that serves fast food isn't always an easy task. Especially when you have two people that are indecisive. We were actually on our way to another place before we made a quick diversion to here. This place can't have been open for very long as it is newer looking than other Taco Bell's in the area. Also to note this is the second Taco Bell for this area, the first one is just two spots up the road and is now some type of medical office, at least I think that's what it is. All in all, the inside looks fantastic and clean. Employees were fast at what they did, our food was made quickly and brought out just as fast. As for the food, it's what to expect from Taco Bell. Tasting great when you crave it and then the after effects take a while to hit you. I would definitely stop back here when I'm in the area and in need of a quick meal. read more

This is the only taco bell I've ever been to where the food is ALWAYS hot. They seem to be understaffed a lot, but everyone is still friendly & pleasant. I waited a long time in the drive through & they apologized & gave me a free taco for making me wait so long. Usually when places are short staffed they cook tons of food in advance to catch up so you get cold old food. Here, they may not be fast, but the food is fresh & I'd rather wait an extra 5-10 minutes for food that isn't rock hard. read more

Horrible horrible service that's been going down hill since it opened a year ago. Took forever to order, then another 20 min later still no food. That's when we realized THEY WERE SERVING PEOPLE WHO GOT HERE AFTER US!!!! No urgency to correct and nothing done to make it right. Instead they slapped together the food and threw it at us. Worst experience I've ever had at a drive through. I used the mobile app to preorder and pay so I could pickup and just go. No way! I waited in line for my turn and joked about the "convienience" of ordering online. That was a mistake because nobody was in a humorous mood. After I tried to explain, it all went to hell and I was told they would call the police and have me arrested. WOW! Who needs that? I just wanted to get my stuff. I ended up having to leave with my "preorder" incomplete in order to avoid an unnecessary conversation with law enforcement. This is my experience at this Taco Bell and I don't think it was "normal" but it could have been you or someone else you know. What a lousy experience! The food is Taco Bell. Good and cheap. The cleanliness is usually adequate and I see them emptying trash fairly frequently. The problem is, though, they are consistently slow. I don't know if it is that they are always understaffed or the employees need additional training or what, but a simple order of two boxes took almost 30 minutes. Every time we come here they are slow, and they never offer compensation like you'd expect from a more competently run establishment. West View had a Taco Bell years ago that failed.
