The wait wait i get, bc of short staffing, but when we get home and my husband almost CHOKES on a BELL SAUCE CONTAINER, that was half melted and made into his grilled steak burrito, Thats a whole New level of disgusting and anger. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Day shift isn't as bad but their night crew... I don't know if they know how to read or if they are just so tweaked out they don't know what's really happening. When we went they messed up literally every item except 2 and when we went back and told them what was missed or made wrong the second bag still only had 1 correction. Good evening, I'm here to talk about my experiences in this store. It took them 20 minutes to get my order in the drive through, yes I tracked the time because this happens every time and I just wanted to make sure this is right. When I got to the window I ask the cashier I needed to talk to the manager he came to the window and I told him how long does it take them to take care of the orders, his answer was I'm harassment him this was the second time I was doing this to him, either I can wait for my order or leave de drive through. He also told me if I do that next time I won't get any service. I think that was very unprofessional and his language was inappropriate his name is Riddick. The drive through is ridiculously slow. You'd get your food faster by going to a sit down place. Don't bother with online pickup through the drive through, it's not faster. Picking up in the store is fine, if you don't mind that they will never actually mark the order as complete in the app, so you have to go in and wait anyway. Never get customizations. They'll get them wrong every time. You'll get ingredients you marked "none", and when you pay for "extra", you probably won't get it. read more

This is the only location I trust. They make my order right every single time- my boyfriend and I are picky eaters and this is the first location I've came across that never ever messes up my order. I never get an order at this location without it being made incorrectly. I decided that maybe ordering online would be better because it is written out for them to prepare. Not the case! Cleanliness at White City oregon taco ball is beyond gross. Went inside about 9:30am dried soda covered a table chairs and floor all around it, straw wrappers left on multiple tables and the floor. Soda dried all over the soda machine (nozzles might have mold) 3 lids left for soda on counter all had soda spilt in them. It was closed to lunch, so I pulled into a long queue of cars for the drive-thru window. After complaining profusely about the overcharge, I was asked "Do you want the item or not?"
