80 percent of the time they get our order wrong... They also like to charge for extra sauce and about 1/4th of the time we ended up with not only not the extra we paid for but NO sauce... Absolutely horrible service. I went through the drive thru tonight and ordered a 12pk taco box and a 10pk grande meal. When I first got up to the ordering screen, I sat there for at least 2 minutes waiting for someone's voice to welcome me. After not hearing anything, I finally said, "HELLO!" Then the woman welcomed me. I ordered, pulled up to the window, and she promptly took my payment. Then, I waited another 15 MINUTES! About halfway through this wait, a woman pops her head out of the window and asked if I paid. I could not believe it took that long! The restaurant was a disgusting mess. There was food and garbage all over the floor and there were at least 3-4 cars behind me. I have tried calling the manager before, and she basically told me to go across the street to Jack in the Box. read more

Taco Bell food is about 3 stars, but with the great service and nice welcome they get a 4 today. I was greeted on a holiday (Memorial Day) as I came in the door. The restaurant was not busy and the cashier "Mariann" was super nice. She made some extra points to thank me for my military service as I was in uniform. One of a few who even acknowledged my service or this day. My order was just what I wanted and of course not waiting. The back looked nice and clean along with the main dining area. Horrible customer service! EVERY time, without fail, there is something wrong with my order or an item is missing. Today, I placed an online order and indicated I would pick up by 6:30 pm (within an hour). I arrived at 6:30 pm. After driving there and waiting my turn in a LONG line, I was told my order needed to be canceled as they were OUT OF MEAT! Seriously? On a Friday night and when almost all menu items include meat, they are out of meat...how is that possible? They didn't have the decency to contact me ahead of time to let me know - they had 1 hour!!! All employees were standing there doing nothing. It's very upsetting when your 9 year old is eager to get her Taco Bell for dinner.and must be told - sorry! Taco Bell didn't make enough meat. They have no sympathy and don't care. My experience here ranks among the worst dining experiences ever. The order was missing items and since we were in the drive thru we had to go inside the store. What a mess. We got food poisoning! Seems to be no sense of urgency to contact us or even care. My ten year old and I got the worst out of the bunch. I had to go to doctor to get diagnosed and missed two days of work. I got the worst with the fever, diarrhea, stomach cramps, vomitting, and could not hold nothing down. My two year old only got diarrhea. My ten year old got stomach cramps, vomitting and diarrhea. Contacted evironmental health and reported them so this doesn't happen to anybody else. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell in the valley rude workers, they don't listen to you when you order so your food is usually messed up when you ask them to fix their mistake they act like it is your fault. This Taco Bell is hit or miss with consistency. Some days will be good and other days will be complete garbage. It's been a good while since I've been here just for the simple fact that I was tired of getting my order wrong. Yesterday I was just too tired to make any food so I went here. I ordered a crunch wrap with potatoes instead of meat added chipotle sauce, cheesy bean and rice burrito and a Mexican pizza and my order was taken correctly per receipt. I took one bite of my crunch wrap and there was meat and none of the extras I had paid for. Normally, I just deal with it, but this has happened waaaaaay to many times and I'm tired of paying for extra product when it's not on it. So anyway, I politely go and get it fixed...they apologized and fixed it. While eating there was noticeably half the amount of food they would normally put in a crunch wrap. Whatever, I'm starving, I eat it and move on. I start on my cheesy bean and rice burrito. When I grab it from the bag it looks larger than usual. I get super stoked cause I'm thinking okay this makes up for the crunch wrap. The reason why it was so big was they packed it with like 90% beans and the rest with dry hard rice. I don't think I tasted any sauce that usually come with it or even cheese. I couldn't eat it. Now this is where I got smart and took a pic of my Mexican pizza. This guy was placed sloppy in its packaging and some of the toppings on the box instead of pizza. When I went to grab 'slices' of the pizza it would just fall apart. Also, it seemed like they needed to get rid of their batch of beans cause again, just a thick over powering layer of beans on the pizza. The pizza was not cut through all the way which made it impossible to handle. I didn't finish eating the pizza either. I really didn't want to go in a second time being completely unsatisfied. So I'll just keep my comments here and with their survey. They just need to have better awareness with what they are putting out. I'm leaving a two because SOMETIMES they don't mess up. read more

I've lived here for 7 mths and we have eaten here maybe 3 times. The first time our tortillas were way under cooked and flaky. We always hope they will get fresher food but today I got overcooked chicken in my chicken buritto. Food tastes okay. The trays are left unwashed by the cashier on the counter. They are just hand wiped and cheese is everywhere. Then reused. We have an people sneezing near them and they are reused. Ugh! read more

took 30 mins to take care of 3 cars. only 1 person in the place. got home food was so cold i had to re heat my tacos. one only had lettuce in it. ordered a $6 burrito got a $3 one and it as well was so cold and the tortilla was hard as tho it was left out all day. will never go to this place again and recommend no one does. sad i love taco bell but this by far is the worst i have ever been too. horrible read more

Most DISGUSTING TBell Location you will ever visit! The Bathroom was trashed, blood ALL OVER the toilet in the woman's restroom. When I brought it to the employees attention she said they couldn't do anything about it at the time because they were "busy" (No one was inline). It stayed like that for quit awhile before someone FINALLY went in and cleaned it up probably a good 20 minutes 10 of that was waiting for my order alone. Might I add there wasn't ONE clean table to eat at and they were all empty. The "Manager" Crystal there was very rude and WAY over her head how shes a manger I do not understand. The other employees were messing around in the back, very immaturely causing rucet pretty loud as I heard them out in the lobby area. My order was wrong after she even repeated it back to me correct.
