The shop itself is very unassuming - a diamond in the rough. Juanita (or who I assume is Juanita? Should have asked! ... ) was very friendly. She made us feel very welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. We tried the taco mix, pork and chicken tacos. The tortillas were rustic. They come with an array of sides (& plenty of them!) including a pineapple/cucumber salsa, a cabbage slaw, some diced onions, coriander, tomatillo with avocado and chipotle sauce. There was also a couple of Juanita's home made sauces on the table to use. We enjoyed it all! Although quite full we couldn't resist trying the salted caramel Cheezecake. It was really delicious, thick and rich but well balanced with the addition of yoghurt, honey, bitter chocolate and praline served with it. This is a vegan option FYI! BTW - Juanita's sells delicious sauces and spices to take away ... we just had to grab one. We'll definitely head back.

Melbourne is a long way from Mexico, but I read some yelp reviews and saw photos that looked authentic! I had read some reviews that these "nachos" were very soggy, but to my surprise they were just as they should be and we're very authentic to South Texas! To describe these as "nachos" is not accurate! They are dipped in a red sauce for flavor and served perfectly. I had the Chilaquiles with chicken and they were really excellent and I highly them. There was not even a tiny use morsel of these left on the plate! In fact, I was so very impressed with the authentic flavor & taste, I bought 7 tacos, guacamole and chips, pico de gallo and chips to take to some friends. Everything was pretty authentic to my well-trained Tex Mex palate and I certainly will be back! Carnitas taco is amazing. Properly-seasoned pulled pork is balanced and awakened by the crisp, refreshing and juicy tomato, pineapple and tiny bit of red onion (pineapple salsa). What a Fiesta in my mouth! Seriously delicious. Carne taco is OK. The steak is good but missing some flavor. Maybe the entire taco is just... bland isn't the proper word, but it did come to mind. You can skip it. The fish taco is nice but ask for them to go easy on the chipotle mayo. It comes with a bit more than it should. Still, it is a nice amount of rockling with just the right amount of frying; crisp exterior with a warm, flaky, moist filet inside. The mojito needs a stirring when it arrives but is a nice bit of mint, lime and sweetness to complement the food and/or cool if you off on a hot Melbourne late Arco, early evening.
