I would only encourage the local health dept to visit this establishment (for an inspection), as I suspect they are not adhering to food code. My cheddar bratwurst corn dog was drizzled with honey which made the contrast of sweet, salty, savory, crispy make my mouth extremely happy. I enjoy my corn dogs with mustard, but decided not to get any with my corn dog. I wanted to experience the corn dog as it was offered.
