Now for the tacos, served properly on thick corn tortillas. The chorizo is a spiced pork sausage with some heat. The "al pastor" is spit-roasted pork marinated in dried chiles as the dish should be. The tripa, pan-fried beef intestines, is not for everyone, but if you are adventurous it is crispy and delicious. I ain't ever seen one of these let alone had or tasted one but the homie said it was bomb so I said what the heck. I got one and it was bomb! These guys actually care about the meals that they send out and it shows. I know they are famous for the wrap, but I can't get enough of the protein bowl, chicken and cabbage salad is not on nearly enough menus in the world, and Cluck truck is the proof that it should be. They don't put a bad thing on the menu, so it's hard to go wrong with whatever you get. The shop is pretty cool, with a lot of art work and design put into the space, and located near some awesome breweries and cookie shops, so I usually spend a few hours in the area when I go. The staff and owners are all awesome, and I would highly recommend dropping in.
