We've moved to Huntsville a little over a year ago, I've gone to a few different Mexican restaurants/taco trucks and nothing here really compared to Houston. However, I heard through the grapevine that this place was legit, so my husband(who is from the Rio grande valley) and I thought let's try it...so that's exactly what we did. We got the MOAB and 2 beef fajita tacos. The burrito was the best we've found here in town it was really tasty as well as the green sauce, it had a nice kick and good flavor to it. The only reason I give this place a 4 star instead of a 5 is because the tacos are lacking they weren't the best. We'll be coming back for the burritos though :) read more

Numbers numbers numbers Service: 10 out of 10 Daniel and his wife run a wonderful establishment. They take the time to explain everything to you if anything is new to you OR if you just have any questions. They make you feel very welcome. Food 9/10 Everything is made fresh when you order it so there will be about a 10 minute wait time. They use quality meats and season them just right. The MOAB burrito isn't for the light hearted. Come with a empty stomach for that one. The tacos are delicious. I tried one of each! Variety: 8.5 out of 10 For a food truck you can't really expect alot of different foods, but they do give you choices and on Saturday's they have barbacoa with home made corn tortillas. read more
