Coffee real good. Service not very interested in making a sell. They had a cabinet of muffin's. I ask if the made them. They replied no the boss buys then. The looked like real cool ones from a bakery.. I expected the might say,"bought from a local owned bakery.. oh well maybe not so we did t try them. Cool little place.. outdoor tables and much more. However after trying to get info from staff for a bit with not much luck we traveled on to more advetures. read more

a few minutes walk from my workplace, Sipsy's is nestled in the perfect corner for a little coffee shop. nice & quiet, but also quick & efficient with tons of seating options. the Cuban is one of my go-to coffees, with a dash of cayenne - a classic for summertime or winter. their coffee blend is a bit more on the acidic side, but it suits my tastes perfectly. their lotus blends are decent as well, surprising for a niche energy drink but perfect flavor combinations compliment the base beverage. read more

All sorts of milk alternatives, the usual beverages + some one wouldn't expect, free robust WiFi, all people welcome AND a lovely small community of micro-restaurants and services around the patio out back. Great coffee shop, cozy seating areas and helpful / welcoming staff! It's a great stop in town for a quick pick me up. Also, their menu is pretty extensive - so many options to pick from! Their drive thru was busy and there were a few people inside so seems like it's a popular spot. I give them 4 stars because my honey latte kind of tasted like a combo of coffee and tea, I don't know how to explain it. Also, their bathrooms needs a little cleaning. But definitely nothing less than 4 stars because I'd stop by again! read more

It had been almost a year since my last visit to Sipsy's. Not much has changed. The staff is still not outgoing and seem like they are doing you a favor by taking your order. Hearing them curse and holler at each other in the kitchen while you try to study us somewhat distracting as well. The tables have the same wobble and have yet to be wiped down from the last patron that spilled their beverage. The floors have not been swept and your shoes stick to the floor. The muffins are unapologetically tossed in the display case, hoping for a better home than these dingy walls offer. Maybe they get away with this service because their proximity to campus compared to Starbucks. Perhaps their "success" is due to the fact that the bulk their customer base rotates out of the area every 4-5 years as the caffeine deprived youth matriculate; leaving unsuspecting, dewey eyed youngsters to fill in the ranks. And while it is November, it wouldn't hurt to run the AC a little until the chill actually sets in. I admit the concept is cool, having a converted row house near campus, with a semi-secluded backyard sitting area. But these don't justify the evident apathy. Amazing Coffee! I have yet to try their Daiquiris but the atmosphere is chill and the Service is amazing.

Drinks are great staff are great and the ambiance is great. People complain because they have nothing better to do. Stop coming in like you are the coffee god/goddess and want everyone to be worshippers of your holiness. I do not frequent this coffee shop often but when I do I am not disappointed. Matter of fact if you want a happier person serving you than make sure you tip your server. You obviously can't make your own coffee so show appreciation and tip those that can make it for you. Wow! What a wonderful find in Huntsville! Such a neat little place that I believe used to be a house. Right on the corner so easily accessible. They have a bunch of flavors to choose from, and their signature drinks are well thought out and crafted. They also sell beer, which I think was $3. Cool! Their drinks were so good, I went twice during my short visit to Texas. First I tried the Lee Baron, which is mocha and toffee nut. Never would I have thought to out these flavors together, so I had to try it! And they have oat milk, praise the Lord! The espresso was so smooth and delicious. Second visit I got the Honey Bee, which is honey and vanilla. Equally just as amazing. And again, got it with oat milk because you better believe it, I hopped on that bandwagon. The staff both times were super friendly and outgoing. They have a few tables, chairs and couches to lounge in and the decor was bright and inviting. Would love to take a laptop or book and sit and stay away next time! read more

I wish it was better. Good location, average parking (it was right next to truck food stands that probably open up later in the day). The store itself was larger than I thought, I love the reusing of old houses' ideas in this area. My coffee had a good feel, it was just bland. I got an iced marshmallow, Carmel, and Mocha oatmilk latte, so you maybe those flavors canceled out? My mom got the Sipsy and it was delish, but still the coffee flavor was missing... Service was nice and they recommended some other shops in the neighborhood. Greatful for their service, but wouldn't return for coffee. read more

Mixed bag for me. Super cute little house turned coffee house. The thing that drew me here was having a "Cuban" on the menu. I love a Cuban coffee- hard to find in the Midwest- but I was just in Miami and had a super yummy Cuban coffee. The Cuban here is not a "Cuban coffee" it just a coffee drink with some flavors and called A Cuban. So my thing is if you are a coffee house you should know what a true Cuban coffee is. I've been coming here for over a year and I don't get why they have such high reviews ? They're so so incredibly rude all the time and for no reason at all. The attitude that all of the workers (besides 2 really nice ones), is just horrific. Coffee is also really inconsistent which suck because I do not like supporting Starbucks and would rather support local coffee shops as a student at Sam but I really don't think I'll come back here ... a lot of my friends say the same thing too. read more

This place is too cute!!! I went through the drive through for my first time (I looked at the menu on here first) and ordered a dirty iced chai. The employee at the window was super helpful with helping us choose how to make our drink, and was great at explaining what we would like best. COFFEE WAS SUPER GOOD!!! I've heard so much about this place. The new coffee shop in town, it's all the buzz, I knew I had to give it a try. I walk in and was greeted by an impressive lounge area. There was no shortage of places to enjoy your coffee. One of the patrons was typing away on her laptop sipping on her beverage while some relaxing music played on their sound system. I walk up to counter and browsed their menu on display on a bright LED TV. I asked the barista to describe various items on the menu and she was very knowledgeable, naming each ingredient in every drink. I asked her what she recommended, saying that I prefer coffee on the darker side. "Well we have cold brew?" What's in it?, I reply. "...cold brew" I order it. She opens a fridge and pulls a store bought gallon of cold brew coffee and pours it into my cup. I paid $5 for a cup of something I could buy at a grocery store. I don't think they brew anything in house and that's very disappointing. TL;DR Service was immaculate and the lounge area was spacious. Coffee (at least what I purchased) is store bought and not brewed in house. read more

I come here to study pretty often. There are a lot of great flavors and the coffee definitely packs a punch for those with a coffee addiction. 10/10 would recommend over going to Starbucks. There is a drive through if you aren't interested in going inside as well. read more

It was my first time visiting the coffee house and was immediately in love with the indoor and outdoor atmosphere. The staff are friendly with great consideration for recommendations. I ordered an Iced Chai Latte- it was perfect! not too sweet and wonderful in flavor! Their pastries look scrumptious as the place has a nice selection of treats and drinks other than coffee, such as smoothies and soft/energy drinks. It was cool to see they offer a drive-thru option for those busy days. I recommend visiting on a cool and sunny day on the outside area for relaxation with coffee on hand. The interior is homey with great space for students to take time studying, plus conveniently a short walk from campus. Definitely found a perfect local place to grab coffee and study! read more

I have kind of been coming here for the past month and a half and order the same thing practically every time which is Strawberry Lemonade White Lotus-White Peach (just informed that that is the flavor.) as complicated I guess as it sounds and spelled I only ever got a wrong order once. The coffee is really good and actually a bit cheaper than Starbucks. Why the one star you ask? Customer service is literally just not there for me. Every time I have ordered that same drink I am met with just this "stuck up" attitude, eyes rolled "not this again" type of vibe. I wanted to avoid these micro aggressive situations by taking drive thru but was met with that same service. I try to make it a habit to say "Have a good day and be safe" and it's crickets. I really wanted to make this place a regular for me but I literally can't. The drive through exit needs a bit of work for those with lower cars! Hopefully some kind of change can be made with the staff! I understand some people hate working or hate their jobs but it does not hurt to be nice! read more
