Again, some of the best I've ever had, gimmicky tableside guac included (never felt that was such a great thing anyway). Here, you get a generous portion of the creamiest quality guac you can imagine. I can't report on the margaritas other than to say they look gorgeous. They had a Verde sauce as well as regular salsa, and a Salsa Borachja sauce with onion, garlic and Mexican beer. It was spicy and delicious. That steak had no type of seasoning-no salt, no pepper, no nothing had been sprinkled on it. To sum it up...it was overcooked and under seasoned. He kept trying to doctor the dish up by adding salt and pepper but after a while stopped because that should've been done in the cooking of the dish. He only ate a 1/3 of his dish. The food was ordinary to bad. Some even inedible. Being so soon after opening this new place that to be fair we have waited to go back and see changes that I am sure will come. It was so hot, crowed, and the crowd that was there had little skillset for dining out. This is not your fault but there are clevor ways to contain people who come dressed for the beach and think all Mexican food places are basically gas station food. It is my first time to wonder and fear how many diners had guns on them. At least on return I will be more open minded about the whole experience.
