The tortilla soup was just what we needed on a rainy evening in CDMX. Savory tomato soup with queso, crema, avocados, thin corn tortilla strips, and crispy chicharrones. Friendly service! The Campechano, Bistec, and al pastor tacos were our favorite. The margaritas were so fresh and tasty, $14 each was a bit of a shock compared to the $12 for the rest of the meal. That tortilla soup though, I would go back again and again for!

There are good tacos, but not great tacos here. The bistec is pretty boring and without flavor, as is the nopal. The pastor was good but dry. I'd get it again if I was there but I would go out of my way to get it or recommend it if you've had food pastor before. That said, the salsas are very good and I'd enjoy having them again. So Taco Naco is worth a visit if you're nearby but don't make it a destination.

Stopped here after an Alejandro Fernandez concert. Service good. Nice atmosphere. I liked the outside tables. Food was good. I was so hungry I neglected to take a photo of my food.

If anyone is traveling to Mexico City and want some good ol tacos, Taco Naco is a cool local chain. They were playing music videos from the 80s which was cool.

The first time that we had passed this place on the bus, I could have sworn that the name of the restaurant was tacos nachos. It's actually called Tacos Nacos. The look of the restaurant seems interesting enough so we thought we would check out this restaurant in addition to the ten others we've been to. We came here on a Saturday night and there were a decent amount of people. Our Server was right on the ball and was ready to take our order 30 seconds after we sat down. I ordered 2 tacos de Longaniza and my girlfriend got 2 tacos de pollo. As an afterthought, I probably should have ordered the tacos de pollo as well, because it would have gone better with my stomach. My Longaniza tacos were still delicious and they tasted more like sausage than anything else. I added some diced onions and jalapeno peppers. Her tacos de pollo pechuga we especially delicious with their green salsa. We had a good time here and the service was excellent.

It was our first night in CDMX, and it was after 1:30 in the morning. We needed food after drinking ourselves silly at Baltra. Taco Naco was open, people were out and about, and everything tasted good. Obviously, the tacos were made fresh. Is Taco Naco going to make it into the guidebooks as the place to go? Of course not, but it worked well for me. I don't need to wait on line at some touted taco joint because I need social media approval. I just want to put a smile on my own face. Taco Naco not only made me smile, it made me laugh!

Good tacos and fast service! The staff are all very friendly. I definitely recommend the Pastor tacos. They were my favorite! Prices are so fair

Very tasty tacos, the pastor being lean and a bit dry, and the cabesa super tender and lacking cabesa fattiness. And medium rare? I would stop by again, as the tacos are cheap and pretty good. Just use lots of sauce to help with the dryness of the pastor. What I actually liked most about this place was the juicing. I couldn't find good grapefruit juice anywhere in the area, and I saw their fruit displays, and inquired as to how much a glass of the grapefruit would be. $1.50 for a large cup, fresh squeezed by hand right in front of me. Can't beat that.

I am a big fan of tacos and try them whenever I have a chance. This place was recommended to me - and it is so good. I highly recommend it to you. The dish I tried was the Taco Naca and oh my - sooo good

I'm here for a week and a half, staying just across the street. It's my 2nd day in the city, so I was very happy to find this spot and enjoy my 2 tacos (madre and naco), and a great cocktail. The service was pleasant and fast. However, as I was checking out, and the waitress was running my credit card, this older waiter just could not mind his business! He was distracted from filling 2 glasses next to where we were standing and kept looking over me to check out my ticket and what the waitress was doing. Then, as she asked me about tip, he interjects, with his finger in my face, to say "10 tip." I'd already hit the number for 15%, as I'd had a great experience up until that point. I stopped and looked at him and asked him what he was talking about and he chuckled. I didn't think it was funny at all. I'm a 45 yo black American woman- certainly old enough to determine how and when I spend my money. I didn't notice anyone else having such oversight in their transaction and I thought it was pretty low class. If it wasn't for this, I'd have given a 5-star rating, but that disrespect ruined it for me. I hope the managers can lean in to better train the older folks who may not be used to keeping their mouths shut when they have no involvement in a situation.

The restaurant seating does give mall food court vibes, but that's ok i wasn't looking for anything fancy. All the wait staff and servers were very friendly and attentive at all times. Food does not take long at all to come out. Overall the food was disappointing. The only taco that was decent and had some flavor was the chicken taco(pechuga). Quite literally everything else was flavorless. The sauces on the side were the saving grace for every item of food I ordered. The ribeye taco was soaked in grease, which made eating it messy. The chuleta taco had no flavor and i would even say tasted bad. I do not recommend it. The food is definitely overpriced, especially considering the area and the amount of taco vendors that sell better tacos. Now what made this experience terrible was my waiter. I ask for the check and the total was $1139. I told him i was paying cash and i put down $1150 cash. He then taps at the receipt saying there's a mandatory tip and service fee. So he added on $100 to the bill right there on the spot. I analyze the receipt he handed to me and none of this is reflected on the receipt. I refused to argue so i put down the extra $100 and asked for the change. Tipping isn't mandatory especially for a table of 2. So i feel the waiter just made this up. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY and save some money. Theres better tasting food at way better prices in the area.

This place is more of an expensive taco spot in Mexico City and more of a chain than anything. I wouldn't recommend as your first tacos in the city but was still good and satisfied my hunger. The salsas on the side were good and workers were nice. Very loud inside but decent seating.

The patio was very inviting, so even though it was a bit chilly we sat outside. Our waiter was great, he was also busy, but we got our orders in and received in a reasonable amount of time. The cocktails were off the charts. Honestly can't remember what they were, we got two with Mayan honey and spices, and they were phenomenal. So fruity and spicy and served in an aesthetically pleasing way. One was the cocktail of the month, Aperol and mezcal, why not? Tasted like a, "fruity fireplace," according to our friend to which we wholeheartedly agreed. They gave us each an elote amuse bouche which was a tasty surprise and got us ready for more tastiness. Had a variety of tacos that we all enjoyed immensely. Cauliflower-both types were equally good. Birria queso was incredibly rich and just saturated with flavor-in the best way possible. Had esquites with blue corn and ham croquettes that we thoroughly enjoyed, especially the side salsas. Definitely had to do some negotiating when divvying them up since all of use could have eaten more. This place is not inexpensive, you will drop some money here, especially since you'll want to keep trying cocktails and tacos, but it's worth it. Name on the door was Maiz y Tinto, so that confused me for a bit.
