Mango Japanese nuts and a tamarind stick with chamoy and tajin

Great food stop! When traveling and in the area this is a great place to stop. There's so many food, delicious snack options, and desserts! Authentic Mexican food coming from a Mexican! The tacos were delicious. We also got a mango and cucumber with Japanese nuts, chamoy, and tajin! Pretty affordable and great service! It is a food truck but they do have a small limited sparking space in front of the truck as well as two picnic tables to enjoy your food!

We were just passing through Hays on our way to Colorado. The restaurants on Yelp were not very promising. We didn't want to eat at any of the chain restaurants. When we discovered that the highest rated restaurant was actually a Mexican food truck we went for it. We were not disappointed. You know you made the right choice when the abuelas were getting foodFood was delicious. Food came out under 10 minutes. I had the Carnita Huaraches. Loved it!

Had the beef burrito, very large size and was very tasty, good flour tortilla that they crisped. Also got the beef tacos which only come on corn and are traditional Mexican style with onion and cilantro. Red and green salsa had great hot spice to it, plenty of heat. Those two orders cost about $13 and some change. Good prices and great food.

On the home stretch of a cross country driving trip and stopped for lunch. We weren't expecting to find such delicious tacos for such a good price!!! Carne asada, barbacoa, pastor, carnitas....all of them were my favorite! Will definitely stop here again if we find ourselves driving through!

Decent taco truck with real barbacoa. Their burrito has rice, beans, onions, cilantro and shredded lettuce. The staff was friendly and the food is cooked fresh. There are some picnic tables, but the food travels well too. read more

Holy cow. Was not expecting authentic and delicious tacos this far north of the border. We are Houston folks and know our tacos. I'm Town all week and searching for an alternative to the stock fried food and burger options. Four tacos (2 pastor, 2 carnitas) with lime, onions, cilantro on corn tortillas. Washed it down with manzanita apple soda. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Hays. read more

Stopped for tamales and tacos on a trip from KC to CO. The food was amazing, the Mexican Coke was ice cold, and they have a store next to the truck with candies and other goodies from Mexico. Check it out next time you are in Hays! The menu doesn't advertise gluten-free but the chicken tacos are served with corn tortillas (by default) and the meal was definitely gluten-free. read more

We looked on yelp for a restaurant close to 70 w since we're just traveling through. This one looked amazing.! We were a little apprehensive because business was reopened to new owners 3 weeks ago. Menu was very basic and smaller, but my steak burrito was really good. Still traditional Mexican food. read more

Love love love this place! I'm so glad we decided to give it a try while spending the night in the area. We went for dinner and had to go back the day after for lunch. I recommend the tamales and the flautas, my husband ordered a meat torta and was very good. Very friendly staff. I also recommend the ice cream shop that is behind it. Taco Riendo is a favorite. The best mexican food in town and the tacos are the closest you can get to classic street tacos in kansas. The tamales are to die for. The wait is never too bad, and the food is so good, especially for how cheap it is. read more

I can't quite place what the flavor was to the meat patties. I am always willing to try food out at least twice at a place. Admittedly, I am curious about their BLT or chicken BLT.
