She has given me several exercises while at the center and a worksheet to follow so I can continue doing them at home. I feel confident in her abilities in helping. But beyond that, the place itself is very welcoming and friendly. I love to hear the laughter and banter that goes on between the staff with their clients and with each other. The seem to all genuinely like their jobs and each other! I will continue to use them until I no longer need their help.

After several messages to set up an appointment, the only response I got over and over from "Klara" is what location? I then tried twice to call the office directly twice, got a recording, left a detailed message and as of this moment I have nothing but "Klara" asking which location. I have the text sent from your office. I explained my both by text and on the messages that my husband has dementia and lower back pain and I am recuperating from a very recent (3 weeks) liver transplant. I am posting this because I am appalled that you would treat anyone this way. Maybe you are so busy and profitable that you don't need to be responsive. I am giving you 1 star only because otherwise I can't post it. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

My surgeon and doctor told me to run from this therapist and that they had no idea what they were doing to me. It felt like torture to be almost hospitalized in pain after every attempt to follow their plan. I wasn't supposed to me be lifting weights, twisting and working out when I can't feel my hands! Run from this place! The low review is for the front desk staff who are extremely rude, disrespectful, hung up on the phone on me, left me rude messages and no professionalism and never could spell my name right an kept calling me other peoples names.

Good Therapist, Astronomical & Unjustified Costs - Felt Gaslit by Billing…read more I put off going to physical therapy for a long time, primarily because I was worried about the cost. Everything I read online suggested sessions could run a couple of hundred dollars, which already felt like a significant expense. I finally decided to bite the bullet and specifically chose MSM because they were listed as in-network with my insurance, hoping this would make the costs more manageable. A friend of mine also referred me to the specific PT. In my initial (and naive) attempt to get better quickly, I actually scheduled and attended two sessions in the first week before receiving any bills. So so stupid. Let me start by saying that the actual physical therapist I saw was great. They were knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, and I felt the hands-on treatment during the session was helpful. I left the first appointment feeling cautiously optimistic about making progress. That optimism completely evaporated when I received the bill for my first one-hour visit. The total billed amount was a jaw-dropping $1,020.00. Yes, over ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS for a single hour of physical therapy. After the supposed "in-network discount," the amount I was actually responsible for (before insurance potentially paid anything) was still an outrageous $729.82. I looked at the initial breakdown in disbelief: $575.00 for CPT code 97161 ("low complexity evaluation") $295.00 for CPT code 97530 ("Therapeutic activities... each 15 minutes") $150.00 for CPT code 97140 ("Manual therapy techniques... each 15 minutes") Even with the "discount," $729.82 for one hour at an in-network provider is astronomical and feels completely out of line, especially for an evaluation coded as "low complexity." This is far beyond the "few hundred dollars" I had mentally prepared for. Now, I'm nervously waiting for the bill for that second session I attended, dreading how much more this initial attempt at PT is going to cost me. When I called MSM's billing department seeking clarification and questioning these exorbitant charges (perhaps I had purchased a bulk session bundle without realizing), the experience was deeply unpleasant. Instead of getting a clear explanation for the $1,020 base charge or the $729.82 "discounted" rate, I felt completely dismissed and frankly, gaslit. The representative was defensive, offered vague justifications, and made me feel like I was being unreasonable for questioning the bill. There was no transparency or willingness to explain how they arrived at such inflated figures for standard PT services. While I genuinely appreciated the therapist's skills, the billing practices here are unacceptable and feel predatory. The stress and frustration caused by this outrageous bill, coupled with the dismissive attitude from the billing department and the anxiety over the next bill, have completely negated any potential benefits from the therapy itself. Needless to say, I will not be returning to MSM. It's a shame because the therapist was great, but I cannot recommend a practice with such opaque and inflated billing. If you decide to go here, I strongly urge you to demand a detailed, written estimate of costs per CPT code BEFORE your appointment - and even then, be prepared for potential sticker shock. This experience was incredibly disappointing and financially stressful. I will be sharing this review with other runners and in all of my run club group chats. Tar & feather.
