I know the Doctor is aware of this and may have been the doctor herself. I explained my situation and every time I gave my information they would come up with a new question. Finally I said please email me and tell me everything you need. They don't do email and they don't do phone calls..JUST TEXT! They said they needed my files from my last suboxone doctor. I kept telling them my situation and they seemed to just send texts out but not read incoming ones. More frustrating than you could possibly believe. They gave me no fax number or way for the VA to contact them. I text that to them and the little girl told me that since I won't comply with their requests Dr. April Roberts won't accept me as a new patient. Basically they couldn't charge me the usury intake fees because I am on maintenance phase and they didn't like that. Not all doctors are money hungry and as unprofessional as this one, but I will be sure to warn all others looking for help that this is not the place to find it!
