I was really excited to go to this place after stalking on instagram. Mondays they have 2x1 pastor tacos so i definitely needed to try. Ordered 4 pastor tacos and asada. 17$. I think thats a little pricey but with 2 for 1 its definitely a deal. Anyways when u walk in the salsa bar is there which i was impressed with. The salsa bar has 3 selections and they are all so good. On the side they have grilled onion rosed peppers and beans even a consume that u can use for dip! When it came down to the tacos they just were my favorite. They are a great size. Just the flavors for me weren't there. It wasn't bad but just not for me. Service was great they were friendly. Our first time trying this place and it was really good. Inside very clean, friendly environment. They have a salsa bar and I like they have hot grilled onions and jalapeños next to it as well. We got birria fries I ordered some tripa tacos and they even ask soft or crispy, I like my tripas crispy. Got some birria tacos as well. My wife got a potato with carne asada and she loved it cause they take the potato out it's skin and break it up for you than throw in the ingredients. The friendly persons at the drive-thru greet customers in Spanish and the menu is primarily in Spanish with English translations next to most items. I ordered 2 asada tacos with cheese. The tacos were good but small, and sauces and onions came in the bag. I love the mango water drink! When in the neighborhood, I would return especially for the mango water. However, 2 tacos with cheese and mango water came out to approximately 15.00 which is pricy based on the small size of the tacos. If in the neighborhood worth checking out. I believe they do a happy hour thing too from 2-5pm where you can buy one get one free on pastor tacos. The interior was nice and had cool wallpaper. They also had nice music playing and the customer service was really good. The lady that took my order was very friendly. When I got my food, I realized they have a whole bar where you can add what ever you want on your food. I really like that. So yeah I like tacos el panzon in 2025, but this year they've really lost the ball. I usually like to get the fries, but they have recently started absolutely drenching the fries in this cheap nacho cheese in a can sauce and it ruins the integrity of the fry. Tacos el panzon was always able to keep a good contrast of crunchy to saucy depending on how you mix it up, they put everything in the corners and you can scoop it out or mix in as needed. But aside from what was; now the meat is lower quality, I remember you could taste the fat on the carne, and the chicken used to have a nice char flavor to it, now its all the same just like Robertos across the way. I give it three stars, because they do capture the other meats very well and thats where other fast food places fall. They do good tripa and make it nice and crispy, but your usual meats you get from your fast-food joint is the same here.
