Although it's not in the best neighborhood in Las Vegas , the food was worth taking the risk for. They're known for their Molcajate, which are basically an assortment of meats and ingredients inside a stone bowl. The bowl came out piping hot and the carne asada and chicken were very juicy and flavorful. I believe they made the tortillas in house as they tasted very fresh and had a nice chew to it. I also got their margarita which had a generous amount to it and I definitely did not need seconds. The atmosphere is lively and friendly with a mariachi band playing in the background which made it even more fun. The locals here seem to enjoy it so it's definitely a good sign you should try it too! read more

My first time at this place, trying new places I ordered a torta with everything but i guess they didn't have mayonnaise or cheese or avocado, I went to ask for a box to go and also ask if they put avocado on tortas, she asked me oh it didn't have it? The food, the service and the restaurant were all 5 stars! The restaurant was clean, warm and beautifully decorated. The chairs are comfy and tables nicely spaced. The team was super accommodating with our surprise party of 9 and super kind. They brought out a complimentary birthday shot and dessert - haven't had that in a long time! The queso dip was so yummy and filling I could have left with just that and been filled up. Wow. If you love Seafood and Authentic Mexican food then this is your place. We were treated to lunch here and I'm so glad because I must have passed this place a million times and now I know how amazing it is. There is ample parking. You walk in and enter into a small lobby. They do not take reservations and from what I am told they get very busy so many of times you do wind up waiting. This is not a very large restaurant either but it is definitely worth the wait. We did get there at a good time and we're seated right away. We were given chips and salsa and our waitress had come to take our drink order immediately. We then ordered. I ordered a sope combo that came with rice and beans and my husband ordered the macho Molcajete. Our food took about 15 minutes to be cooked and oh my gosh. Amazing. Everything was so fresh. Portion sizes are on the larger size as well. The Molcajete also came with rice and beans and tortillas! It was so good. So much seafood and! I have been to this restaurant many times and I love the ambiance and the food is outstanding. The staff is very nice and is always smiling.

My father and I had dinner her today and we both really enjoyed it. The chips tasted fresh and the Salsa was on point. I had the Carnitas Tacos and they were good. I hope that in the future they can make them with handmade tortillas to enhance the overall flavor. My dad had the Filete al Mojo de Ajo and he said he enjoyed it. Parking can be challenging, yet well worth it on the weekends. I had no trouble finding parking on a Monday night. Nice to know that there are a good amount of beer selections to chose from. The waitress was on friendly, pleasant and did not over due it on checking in on us and I appreciate that. If your in the mood for a nice serenade, there are some occasional musicians that come in to the restaurant and for a fee and hopefully an additional tip they will sing or play your favor old time favorite Latin Classics.
