I went here last night and ordered two tacos and some chicken nachos and I regret it I don't know why they get such a higher percentage of 91% on iPhone maps. I thought I would give it a try and I will never go back. There were only two cars ahead of me and I was in line for about 20 minutes. I ordered two tacos. Adobada and Asada. The Asada was very dry. And I ordered the chicken nachos. The shredded chicken was very, very dry. It tasted like chewy cardboard. The chips were good. I ate 2/3 of it because I was starving. This morning, my roommate got into the car and texted me instantly saying "were you eating my car? It stinks so bad.!" he was really mad. I don't know how that smell stayed in his car for over 12 hours. I have washed my hands eight times and my finger still smell like the food. What are you guys cooking over there? And now that I see your 2.3 star rating on yelp it makes sense. My stomach is tore up from the floor up. The staff were really nice, however. But other than that, I will never be back. A combo with no beans? Just rice? The cilantro and onion isn't even made inside the quesabirria. Not to mentioned the attitude on the cashier (and manager I'm assume due to her polo shirt) as I ordered my food through the drive thru, and went back inside to ask if I was missing beans. They ambience is nice. At first appearance the menu looks good. Prices are a little high, the customer service was not it. It's a new establishment and we asked for a few minutes to look over the menu. We said we were ready but it appears the drive thru man was also working the front. Some customers came in and they just ignored us. We tried to order two more times and I saw the guy with the headset walk out to the lobby and talk to the other customers instead of trying to take the order. And then after about 5 more minutes as we were driving off I heard a very quiet sounding female but, we decided to pass. This location opened on 05/18/24. The food was super fresh. I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito and one chicken Street taco. Both of the items were on sale as it is a new location. The service was very fast. I got my food in about seven minutes. Everything tasted amazing. I ended up coming back and ordering tacos for my family the same day. Unfortunately, I returned to the restaurant on the 19th, and they did not have any tortillas for the street tacos as they had ran out. I guess that's a good problem to have considering they must've been extremely busy. I ordered a Carne Asada burrito, some rolled tacos an adobada torta on my second visit. I cannot wait to get home to eat this food. If you're in the area, definitely give them a try, it is worth it. read more

Place is nice and clean but the food had no flavor at all. It's like they just cook the meat straight from the package and don't add any flavor. I had a carnitas street taco, asada street tacos, fish taco, and three beef rolled tacos and I'm not impressed at all. Roberto's is better IMO. On the plus side, the lady that helped me was very helpful. She delivered my food to my table. She was friendly, but I'd definitely go elsewhere for my street tacos. read more

I would like to report the rude staff i dont know her name but she works in the cashier and shes a big fat lady. I came to the store today july 20, 2024 around 1000pm. There is a store sign that says open 24 hours. The drive thru is closed, i parked and the main door is locked. I have a kid with me. I knock in the door the fat lady just looked at me. Ordered a California burrito, which is supposed to be half French fries and half meat. I got like 3-4 fries and the tortilla wraps around the burrito damn near 3 times. Quality is no longer there. Prices are up and quantity is down. A taco would've probably had more meat than the burrito I got. Save your money and go to Roberto's on Simmons, prices are similar but quality and quantity is so much better. More bang for your buck. read more

The taco Tuesday sale includes street tacos and the crunchy chicken tacos, tacos were decently filled with meat and toppings and tasted very good for 1.50$ each. the salsa is mild to medium heat most of the time. I went there to eat a couple weeks back in person and I just ordered their asada burrito off of uber eats. My food got here quite quick, which can be super rare on ordering apps so it was nice that my food was prepped quickly and it was all still hot when it got here. When I went to eat there in person it was a nice quick lunch spot, it's perfect if you want something made to order because the asada burrito is my favorite. It seems like actual high quality meat that's seasoned rare. Definitely my new go to lunch spot. Also love that it's on the centennial side of town now! read more

The asada street tacos are good and decently priced but my favorites like carne asada fries and carne asada nachos weren't very good. Love the service there they were awesome today 08/22/24 I showed up this morning around 11 am and the cashier was taking my order. There was a problem with the internet and my card couldn't process but the cashier was awesome and told me that it's ok it's just the internet and gave me my drinks and food . She was great and friendly. There was another employee cleaning all the windows and the restaurant. The food was great ! I promise you this is the best and cleanest restaurant I been so far. I need to start reading reviews before trying new places. I am disappointed I wasted my money here! The guacamole is watered down and there was a piece of Lettuce in it with sour cream. It's tasteless! You're better off going to Del Taco or Taco Bell! Oh and I almost swalled a toothpick that was in each and every one of my rolled tacos! We walked into the restaurant on Ann road. The window on the door had grease smudges on it.3 workers standing at the counter. Not one person said hello,or welcome. They never acknowledged us.
