I did a walkthrough a couple of days before the party with the catering captain that went very well, but when this person arrived on site for the party on Friday, her conduct when she arrived was concerning. She was very unprofessional and caused unnecessary disruption in the lobby of our building - the rest of her Team were wonderful and did a great job. Another issue was food presentation, it was not at all what we anticipated based off of conversation or website photos. The assortment of desserts we ordered we served on very used cookie baking sheets for example (see photos). Food labels were also not provided so attendees could not easily identify items, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. The service also felt rushed and somewhat disorganized, despite the catering team arriving early for setup and being asked to be setup at a specific time. Overall, the food was just okay, but nothing stood out over the rest - we ordered heavy appetizers like the Cranberry Chili Meatballs, Mini Beef Wellingtons, Honey Garlic Chicken Skewers, Italian Shrimp, Mini Falafel with Spiced Hummus, Turkey Sliders and Tomato Mozzarella Arancini plus a assortment of different desserts as mentioned above.
