Aside from the occasional ammo pickup but, besides during this whole fiasco, Mazama usually has all the ammo I could ever need. They've always been super helpful and really knowledgeable. And they always had what I'm looking for. Looking forward to fishing time and seeing what else they've got to offer. From what I've seen, they look like they could have just about anything I could ever need in regards to fishing as well so we'll see! The sales staff is... mediocre. They mostly stand around talking bullshit to one another and occasionally helping customers. Sometimes they know what they're talking about. Sometimes they don't. I've literally heard one of them suggesting that murder of politicians is a solution for political issues but I'm sure they were just kidding; also, please sign their petitions if murder isn't your thing. I count on needing to do my own research and go into the store knowing what I'm looking for, because they're not always as well-informed as they appear. The salesman selling you a silencer doesn't know that a Form 3 is. $100 transfer fee for NFA items not purchased from SilencerShop/Mazama website is expensive but hey, that's just the price we pay for getting cool shit.

Due to the time of the year, there was nothing good left online and I was facing the prospect of having to spend an additional $80 on a new pump and having to wait at least a week, or else drive 2 hours out of my way to get a dubious replacement. Matt simply suggested I buy a $10 Adapter (available at any car parts store) to convert the cigarette lighter to one that works off alligator clips - problem solved !! The woman in the phone was so helpful and nice. We just stopped in to get it and the same kind woman offered to fit it on our dog. Such kindness. We got it adjusted and purchased in no time. Abby (our dog) checked out the store "dog" in its life jacket, got some treats, and was ready to go.

This year we were disappointed to learn that Peak has changed its system in such a way that all of the skis in my and my oldest daughter's size have been leased out for the ENTIRE season. So now our only option to obtain skis for our trip this weekend is to rent them at a cost that is 2-3x more at the resort. We are extremely frustrated and feel discriminated against as petite people. I would like to support Peak in the future as they are a wonderful local business, but at this point I feel a bit abandoned and overlooked as a long-time customer.

This place is sectioned off really nicely and has something for everyone. Clothing for the entire family at really reasonable prices. Camping supplies including tents, ice chests, and all the gear you need to go along with it. Checked out their handgun section and even though they don't have as much of a selection as say a Cabela's what they do have are popular brands and calibers. Staff that is knowledgeable and more than willing to give you advice and information about the handguns they do have. If they aren't sure of an answer they find out while you are looking. These guys were hands down some of the best I have ever worked with at outdoor/gun shop. They truly care about the customer experience and the way the work with the customers encourages their return. No pressure shopping at it's best! They don't try and push you into making a decision and they make sure to let everyone know they are willing to work with you on price if they are able to. Wasn't really sure what to expect when I went into this store, but I'll be the first to admit it wasn't this. Great staff. Great selection. Clean store. Competitive prices!
