He also owns One Key Escrow and the customer service was the worst I've experiened in years. Major delays, poor communication, last minute action itmes for me with critical information missing. This caused me to make bad choices that cost me major headachs and long delays. I was the manager between the real estate agent, finacne companies and the Excrow company, not the customer. The final straw that pushed me to write this, I asked Harout to please work with my finance company, the Bank that they used to issue my final check to get the funds release sonner than 7 to 10 days. Had I gotten the account information from One Key Escrow correctly I could have wired the funds and there would have been no delay. Harout was uncooperative and the bank refuesed to release the funds early. This delayed the purchase of our new home by two weeks and caused a lot of problems for my family, the Sellers Family and the real estate agent that was tying to manage all of this.
