I had an office visit to get a referral- which should have been enough. I had to call 6 more times. I currently am waiting for another call back for over a week, which I am confident will never come. No response to emails. If you schedule a surgery with them, they will change your surgery time numerous times and never let you know. I was in the surgery center watching people miss their surgeries or come in hours earlier like I did because we were never told our surgeries got moved. Doctors are kind and knowledgeable. But not worth the hassle of the staff.

He also ordered a sinus CT (for my sinus issues), a ear CT (to further assist with hearing issues) and a Sleep apnea test to be done at home. He was kind and explained things very thoroughly. Instead of calling us ahead of time to cancel, they waited until we arrived and tried to blame the cancellation on us being nine minutes late. I had already sent two portal messages saying we were on our way. The receptionist, Kenya, was rude and unprofessional, and kept shifting blame instead of taking responsibility for the office not having the provider in that we were scheduled to see. This was after they also failed to send in my child's prescription on time, even though the medication was supposed to be taken for 2 weeks before the appointment. Completely disorganized and disrespectful. We have been patients for 4 years, but after today disaster, we will NOT be going back.

Right now I'm in the stage where my throat is numb from the numbing medicine causing strange, swallowing, but swallowing fine nonetheless. Day 2: In addition to getting Afrin and sinus rinse, be SURE to get popsicles! Popsicles are lifesaver for the throat the first couple of days!!! Today my sinuses are kind of swollen so it's hard to breathe through my sinuses, but I was expecting that. Day 3: just woke up to take some Tylenol and I am not in pain, but the biggest news for me is that I can breathe through both sides of my sinuses, and the majority of the swelling is gone!!! Forgot to take the steroids this morning and my other antibiotics so I'm a little stuffy today, but still feeling really good !!! Day 8: Every day is a little bit better than the day before, and I am sounding less "sinusy". Just did my evening, sinus rinse and had quite a bit of debris come out of my left sinus cavity under my cheekbone. It feels crazy because a lot of the pressure that I was feeling in my teeth seems to be subsiding.

Dr Natasha takes the time to answer questions and address concerns. She is kind and has a sense of humor. The lab is amazing. The phlebotomist does the most painless blood draws I've ever experienced and results come back quickly. Dr Natasha also explains lab results through the messaging app which is much faster and more pleasant than other offices that take a "no news is good news approach." Also, the app is great. I've used it a couple of times and it has saved me some visits to urgent care.
