Don't go here for hair coloring services- their pricing is not transparent, and you will be overcharged if you have long hair or want anything beyond simple root touch-ups or single color. I was charged almost $500 for a bad haircut and a hair color job I didn't ask for or want, after specifying what I did want. I don't see how that price reflected the "free haircut" at all. I went here after talking on the phone and texting with Denielle about what I wanted, including pics of my current hair color and length. I was told I'd get a "free haircut" with color. I specified I wanted bayalage over my current color, and to blend out my roots, and sent pics of what I wanted. After spending 4 hours in the chair, the color I got was a brown with warm blonde highlights and was okay, but not what I wanted. During the process Denielle made it clear that she's not comfortable doing anything outside the natural color range, and what I wanted (strawberry brunette) was apparently too outside her comfort zone. She teased my hair during the coloring, and I have fine hair, so she spent a lot of time yanking out all the tangles out afterwards, which was painful and avoidable, not to mention DAMAGING to my hair. I've been told by other colorists that teasing hair during color treatment is big no-no. She put in a LOT of blonde highlights which was the opposite of what I was looking for, including in the under layer which was just weird. I had asked for bayalage, not highlights. I've had some great stylists, and I know the difference. I've had vivids and bayalage with multiple colors and have NEVER spent that much on a single hair coloring session. The haircut took over an hour, and when I got home I noticed that one side was noticeably longer than the other, and the "face framing layers" I'd asked for were just a single choppy layer on one side of my face. I had to get the cut fixed at another salon the next day, it was that bad. The worst part, other than being so horrifically over-charged, was having to listen to Denielle trash-talk her boss (the salon owner) and complain the whole time. 4 hours of negativity. Honestly I should've complained before I left but I just wanted to get out of there after being there for 4 hours. See pics below for reference. Emma is a PRO when it comes to highlights. Even though I did a poor job explaining what I wanted, she pulled it through and did an amazing job for my highlights. I am naturally brown but have history of coloring my hair to a black/brown in the past, yet the highlights managed to come out nicely. Plus, coffee while I'm being taken care of. That was a plus. Today was my first time at Taglio and I finally found a Salon I felt comfortable at. All the ladies were so welcoming. Kristin did an amazing job on my hair. I visited this salon for the first time today for a gel manicure and pedicure. I was warmly greeted by nail tech Kristine . Before the pedicure, she asked if there were any concerns or anything she needed to know about my feet. She explained every step and was very pleasant. She took her time and is very thorough and you can tell she is very knowledgeable and keeps current. During the manicure, I noticed I had smudged my toe . She was so nice and fixed it for me before I left. My nails look great. I liked the atmosphere of the salon and that the pedi station was in the back. Everything seemed very clean as well. I have had my nails done here by both nails tech, Holly and Rebecca. I have been very happy with both of them. I've had the shellac and gel manicures and it's lasted for 2 weeks without chipping, which for my nails is very impressive. They are creative and always suggest interesting glittery glazes over the manicure. The nail art they do on acryclic nails looks great also. The salon is very clean, well managed, and they recently they updated their pedicure area with 2 new stainless steels pedicure bowls. read more

After searching through several hair salons on Groupon and Yelp, I chose to try Taglio based on their reviews and photos. It looked like they serve a lot of different people and different hair types and boy am I glad I did! From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, everyone there was beyond friendly and welcoming. I did not get that stuffy salon feeling which is a big turn off for me and found at most salons. Katherine did my hair and she did a great job. She walked me through the process and explained exactly what she was doing and why, before we got started and as she was doing it. (hoping she will post the before/after pics). I drove a little over an hour to have my hair done and it was worth it! I love my hair... the cut and the color, and the service I received! I didn't go into Taglio with the intent to write a review but after i received exceptional service I felt an obligation to share that with other people. I was greeted warmly upon arrival and offered a beverage. I had a mani/pedi appointment with Christine, whom I'd never met. She was such an awesome woman. We chatted and made the time go by fast. She was pleasant & helped me pick my colors. When I coughed she got me 3 menthol cough drop-lols! I look forward to going to the spa to receive other services. Great job! read more

as I told somebody I was going to the shop on a regular basis I'm not sure what happened there were some issues yes like most shops but somebody has hacked my page and have been going on my page writing information. I am not held liable for what has happened. I had to change my passcodes twice now. There is nothing further I can do. if I hated the shop so much why would I try to make an appointment on my birthday when they sent me a gift card to use towards the expense of services. Everybody has her up and down days. I had a down day with them at one point. But there were always friendly and courteous to me and I had no problems. This is my retraction that's all I can do understand that that other score of 2 Stars was not mine.I did send a lot of people there so there could be somebody in my group that is hacked and written their own responses. Since then I have on branded quite a few that I didn't know. And there is nothing more I can do I tried to delete it but it won't let me delete it. This place was pretty comfy for a first timer like me. They offer complimentary wine with any hair or nail service so that was cool. My hairdresser was super nice and took all my photos into consideration, paid for a "master" cut and was happy with the result! read more

The service was friendly and despite it being a small salon, they are able to offer a wide array of services. The area where you have pedicures is secluded, so you don't have that typical shuffle-you-through-like-cattle feel. Although there are only two spots together to have them done, so if you are in a group larger than that it might be less than ideal. Otherwise I thought it was a nice place and ask thorough questions prior to even beginning their service. read more

Received an amazing haircut from Jenny at a great price ($32). She also gave me a great scalp massage and their shampoo smells wonderful. I had 10/11 inches of hair cut off, I came in knowing the style cut I wanted and Jenny did even better. She also explained the product she used in my hair and explained how to style it, but did not pressure me to buy the product. However, I went to Walmart after my cut to see if I could find a product like she used and I plan on going back to buy their product. read more
