It was apparent that she values her customers and is passionate about the work she does. We talked through everything and came to a great solution and I'm happier than ever. With a few things in mind to avoid the snafus I experienced for my wedding, I'll definitely use Elevated for a future event. Customer service is huge and Angelina nailed it. Thank you, Angelina, and the rest of your staff!

This was great for us as we had a number of older adults and the unobstructed leg room under each table made movement very easy. We also used the Sonoma chairs which are very sturdy and padded. So all the adults were quite comfortable. We had 8 tables delivered and used 6 in the party area and 2 for the food vendor. The table set up is done on site and requires a bit of work per table. As does the break down after the party. This did not scratch our new HOA floors which was good. And Desert Southwest added padding to the bottom of each table leg to insure there were no issues with our newly installed flooring. The only issue we had was a mix up on delivery time. Partly our fault and partly Desert Southwest. But we worked through the issue and were able to get every thing set up in time for the party. Working with Desert Southwest through this delivery issue was cordial and professional, it just added a bit a stress. I highly recommend them. There product is very good and we will use them in the future. Also, our HOA is going to recommend them for future events as appropriate. Working with Adam was very professional and he even helped us reconfigure our facility to its normal use and layout after they had loaded their tables onto their truck. We had 61 people at the party. It was a great success.

They kept me up to date with a traffic delay, but they planned to be so early that it did not impact our event at all. They were familiar with the venue so did the set and take down without me having to be involved at all. It was nice to have something that I did not need to worry about on the day of my wedding. Thank you!

Came to drop off delivery an hour and a half late on wedding day. We all arrived at 9am as they told us they'd be there, they arrived at 10:30 am. 2. About half our tablecloths had holes in them About 25 of the 100 mason jars were so dirty the delivery guy apologized, and then my MIL took them home to wash them. 3. One of our heaters never turned on after they say their checked them all 4. Paid for set-up fees months ago, then they almost left saying they had no delivery fee on paperwork...after being an hour and a half late so we were supposed to set it up... 5. I have called them now twice and emailed them and have gotten no response. Please....if you are having a wedding or any important event...do not rent with them! Terrible, terrible, terrible...so bad even our venue managers said they will never recommend them to their future guests. Bummed to write this post, because we love supporting our local businesses...but if you want reliability, high quality, and no stress on your day...find a different company.

We attended a Christmas party this evening at The Virgil, where Roundabout Catering provided the…read morefood and this was an excellent choice! The bar had several options including some specialty drinks not just your basic beer and wine bar. Greg, was also incredible at crafting a mocktail that made me feel included in the revelry. We started with an elaborate appetizer and hors d'oeuvres bar with so many wonderful flavors. I personally loved the basil cheddar, fresh pesto, the cheeses, dates, apricots and the best hummus I think I've ever had. Dinner was buffet style with Little Gem Salad, Orzo Risotto (my favorite), herbed chicken breast in a champagne beurre blanc sauce and Tri-tip with Chimichurri. Desserts were Apple Crisps and Candy Cane Squares. My favorite part was the appetizers but I did try a bit of everything except the salad and grilled vegetables. Both looked great and the husband said the flavors were perfect. The orzo risotto was my absolute favorite. I can't explain how flavorful this was made with cherry tomatoes, pesto (oh, that's why!), parmesan and orange zest. When we have them cater, we are definitely going to have this as a option. My second favorite was the chicken, which was also my husband's favorite. It was so tender and juicy. My husband said it was moist, but alot of people hate that word. It had just the right amount of herbed spices. I may have made tri tip my third just because of my specific diet, but it was also very tasty. You could tell the chimichurri was freshly made. The tri tip was perfectly cooked to a medium and medium rare. That too is tender and juicy. Finally I can't say enough about the candy cane square. I'm usually not a fan of peppermint desserts but I'll make an exception for the oreo crust and peppermint cream cheese fluff. The apple Crisp was made with fresh apples that really let the natural flavor dominate the palette. There wasn't a lot of sugar on the apples, but they were really sweet. The crisp topping was buttery and sugary to sweeten the dessert without sweetening the apples. I found that mixing the two desserts together was actually pretty phenomenal. All in all, I don't think you can go wrong with this caterer. They put a lot of thought into their menus, and it shows.
