They didn't communicate well with their (admittedly crazy) client/seller - but they also failed to share important information with me and my Realtor. Long story short: after finding a house I fell in love with, taking off an entire day of work to handle logistics, and putting together my offer... their goddamn seller pulled the house off the market the very same day. I don't fault them for the actions of a crazy client/seller, but I do fault them for being poor communicators and difficult to work with.
