I called ahead to set up an appointment. Was told there was no need . The guy on the phone said we are opened till 6 pm. I asked if I could come in now , I was literally five minutes away , he said sure come in now , no wait and to do the windows it would take 11/2 he tops. Too good to be true folks. I got there any I had one person ahead . They were finishing up with his back window. They asked me for my key told to go inside to wait. So I did . They have a small tv inside to view . As I sat there I saw four people pull up they were introduced to their song & dance about tint color volume etc. they sat next to me after one hour the guy two people behind me with a large suv was told it was done , followed by a lady and so this charade continued until I realized I was now two hours into waiting. I stood up asked the guy goes out comes back says only 20 minutes. Well that twenty minutes turned into another hour. Yes folks 3 hrs but it gets better finally the guy decided to roll in with my key . I go to pay he says use the atm save 7 bucks and it will be cash . I said hell nah bruh I now want a paper trail just in case . Total cost 312.00 for a compact vehicle . I paid it because I should have asked . My other vehicle I had done and it's a suv bmw cost 220.00 Lesson learned I get in there's paper scraps all over the passenger seat . The back seat he stained with his shoes because I had his shoe prints embedded on my new seats. I had picked up the car from the dealership hours earlier in the day. Finally got out of there . Unless you plan on spending the day there and having them dirty your car up , yeah I don't recommend at all. read more

I did my window tint in this place and they damaged the car sensor, I called them to tell them and they were very rude and did not want to take care of the expense, they made a thousand excuses telling me that when the liquid reaches the sensor I had to wait 3-4 hours to turn it on but They did they tell me that liquid got to the sensor. DON'T GO THERE!!!!! This place is like a tire shop/window tinting/ auto glass place all in one. My window stopped working on the driver's side out of nowhere. I mean I couldn't even roll the thing up! So I didn't know what to do. I took it to this place since they came recommended and I wanted to see if I could in the very least get my window up as it was just way too cold to be riding around with a window open. I pulled in and the guy took me right away. I told him the problem and he took my keys and told me I could go wait inside while he looked at it. I went across the street to McDonald's and ended up ordering some food. When I got back to the place to sit in their waiting room, I noticed a sign that said "No food or drinks" so I went back outside and stood in the freezing cold while I ate my food. When I was done, I entered back into the place and completely forgot I didn't pull my mask up. The man that worked at the desk was quick to point that out and tell me I needed to have my mask on in order to enter. I understood and apologized. I quickly pulled my mask up and sat down to wait for my car. That's when I noticed a man in the corner with his mask pulled down to his chin and eating his McDonalds (please see first pic) . Now one thing I can't stand is a double standard and I especially can't stand one when I feel like there's a possibility the double standard is due to the color of my skin. I don't like to assume and I'm not one to go around and accuse businesses of discrimination but please look at the pic. You can clearly see there's different treatment here and it smells fishy. In the end, the man who took the keys to my car told me that my window motor was fine and he believes it is an electrical problem and I'd probably have to take my car to someone who specializes in Mercedes cars to have it checked further. He got my window up and charged me $40 - a fair price for the services he provided. Excellent service from the one man but unfair business practices by the man in the office. Also please see the last pic as it shows a list of their business policies and the "things" they're not responsible for. One of them being "not responsible for items taken from your car while in their possession." Wait...what? Hopefully I won't have any more issues with my window because I don't intend to come back. read more

Trust me stay away from this place. Bought a brand new tire on Saturday and magically a few miles later it bursts and can't be fixed? While I was there two other luxury car owners were having disputes with the owner. I don't know how his tinting is. read more

Always get tints from here (4+ vehicles) for years now, great service and even better prices. Fast service unless you come on the weekend or afternoon. Best to go first thing in the morning. read more
