If I come in to renew my license, why do I need to be told to go to the registry desk? Especially when the sign over the registry desk says driver licenses. I was forced to call their quoting service, where I spent multiple days waiting 3-4 hours on hold only for no one to pick up. After finally getting quoted through e-mail, they dragged their feet until I missed out on a renewal discount, and quoted me $200 more on my premium a year because of it. I spent over a month getting jerked around, yet within an hour I got a quote with another company for cheaper than what the Co-operators quoted. Absolutely disgraceful service, if you can even GET service. Would not recommend under any circumstance.
