A new employee told me it would really be laundered despite what the receipt said. This had never happened before, and because the manager wasn't in, I declined to leave the comforter. An hour later the owner called, said I made this young woman cry, and because I hadn't been in for 2 years anyway, I should never return. I was polite to both of them, and I certainly said nothing to make anyone cry. But: no one in their right mind would leave a $600 dollar comforter with a new employee when the receipt said it would be cleaned in a different manner than you requested. Upshot: something very, very peculiar has happened to this cleaners. A word to the wise: go somewhere else.
