At TailoredSpace, I can do deep work in a clean, aesthetically pleasing environment. There are no interruptions, no distractions, no chores; there is just professional workspace and professionals minding their own business. I had my first visit to any TailoredSpace location here on a $30 individual desk day pass. It is a…read morerelatively chill business-friendly area. We had emailed their community manager beforehand, who told us to arrive anytime after 9am. The front door unlocks at this time. We walked in and set ourselves up with no issues. The wifi info was on the community manager's desk. Once the community manager arrived, she came over to check in and invoice us. There is a small lounge/kitchen area upon entry, and then a couple of small rows of individual desks. Each desk has 2 outlets and 2 USB plugs. There are small phone booths for people to take calls, meeting rooms and offices in different sizes for 1-7 people. The phone booths are first-come, first-serve, and there are signs requesting a 45-minute time limit to allow shared use, which is very considerate! The kitchen/lounge area is self service and includes complimentary water, soft drinks, and a coffee machine that includes syrup and milk/creamer options. A modest selection of snacks is also available. There are a lot of great coffee and lunch options within walking distance, but the area does feel a bit spread out, so driving may be easier depending on where you're headed. Common areas have low background music, and the space feels polished and professional. Sound does carry if people are talking in the lounge/kitchen/common area, so bring headphones or earplugs if that bothers you. The bathroom was very clean, and lights are motion-sensor activated. Free parking is available on-site, and we had no trouble finding a space. The day pass was very reasonable for the amenities and quality of the space. We had solid wifi, power-equipped desks, access to quiet phone booths, and a comfortable environment to work in. The only inconvenience to note is that the photocopier/printer is for members only.

I had a great 4 star experience renting space at The Dome on Nisqualli. We urgently needed two…read moreseparate offices to take a two-hour Zoom meeting and called them a few hours prior. Curt was incredibly helpful and accommodating right from the start. Payment via credit card was seamless, and the process was super easy. Curt even texted us a map of the office building and clearly directed us on which rooms to use. The office itself has a nice aesthetic, very modern with a white and gray color scheme and sleek glass tables. The chairs were perfectly comfortable, though they did have some noticeable scratches and patches on them from use. I really appreciated the amenities in my room; there was a printer you could easily connect to via an app if you needed to print, and the thermostat was zone-controlled for that specific room, meaning I could set the temperature exactly to my liking. My only real critique and suggestion for improvement is to install actual locks on the office doors. While I was in the middle of my important meeting, someone barged right into the room, even though the light on top of the door was glowing red to indicate it was occupied. Obviously, this isn't the fault of the owners, but people are idiots and don't pay attention to indicator lights. It was highly disruptive, especially when the entire purpose of renting a private conference room was to ensure I could be in a meeting completely undisturbed. Aside from that one hiccup, Curt was wonderful and very pleasant to do business with. It's a fantastic, modern workspace option, and with a simple lock addition, it would be absolutely perfect!
