Scam alert. We…read moresigned a lease, paid the required fees, and then were told the very next day that they didn't actually have the property available. At that point, we expected a prompt refund and a reasonable explanation. Instead, it turned into a three-month nightmare. Getting our money back was a constant battle. We were repeatedly told a refund was coming, but somehow the amount kept getting smaller and smaller. We eventually discovered there were monthly charges being deducted that had never been clearly disclosed when we signed the lease. Even more frustrating, they continued charging us for those fees despite the fact that we never moved into the property. Communication was terrible. Emails would go unanswered for weeks at a time. When we did get a response from the city manager, Mareike Geitner, it was usually a generic message like "we appreciate your patience" without actually answering any of our questions. I repeatedly asked for clarification about the charges and refund amounts and never received a clear explanation. I also asked multiple times to speak with a supervisor and got nowhere. Calling the main office wasn't any more helpful. No one seemed willing to take responsibility or provide answers. Mistakes happen, but the lack of transparency, hidden charges, and months-long struggle to recover money we should never have had to fight for left us feeling completely misled. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company.

I've really enjoy having my office at this Regus location. The staff here is genuinely great --…read morefriendly, easy to talk to, and always quick to help with whatever you need. It makes the day a lot smoother when the people running the place actually care. The location itself feels safe and comfortable, and parking is super convenient since it's close to the building. That alone takes a lot of stress out of coming and going. I also appreciate the little conveniences. The lounge is a nice spot to take a break, and the kitchen makes it easy to keep lunch on hand and grab a seat for a few minutes. It all feels clean, simple, and well set up for getting work done. Honestly, I don't have anything I'd mark as a downside right now. It's been a solid place to work, with a nice balance of casual and professional.

We had emailed their community manager beforehand, who told us to arrive anytime after 9am. The front door unlocks at this time. We walked in and set ourselves up with no issues. The wifi info was on the community manager's desk. Once the community manager arrived, she came over to check in and invoice us. There is a small lounge/kitchen area upon entry, and then a couple of small rows of individual desks. Each desk has 2 outlets and 2 USB plugs. There are small phone booths for people to take calls, meeting rooms and offices in different sizes for 1-7 people. The phone booths are first-come, first-serve, and there are signs requesting a 45-minute time limit to allow shared use, which is very considerate! The kitchen/lounge area is self service and includes complimentary water, soft drinks, and a coffee machine that includes syrup and milk/creamer options. A modest selection of snacks is also available. There are a lot of great coffee and lunch options within walking distance, but the area does feel a bit spread out, so driving may be easier depending on where you're headed. Common areas have low background music, and the space feels polished and professional. Sound does carry if people are talking in the lounge/kitchen/common area, so bring headphones or earplugs if that bothers you. The bathroom was very clean, and lights are motion-sensor activated. Free parking is available on-site, and we had no trouble finding a space. The day pass was very reasonable for the amenities and quality of the space. We had solid wifi, power-equipped desks, access to quiet phone booths, and a comfortable environment to work in. The only inconvenience to note is that the photocopier/printer is for members only.
