The Threaded Dragon team was incredibly helpful and friendly, and their customer service is unparalleled. They worked closely with their designer to ensure that the final image was of top-notch quality, and even though I was only making a small purchase they made me feel as important as their largest customers. I solicited quotes from a couple different embroidery companies in the Denver area and chose Threaded Dragon for both their fair/competitive pricing and excellent customer service. While I had originally planned on this being a one-off interaction, I'm now on the lookout for other embroidery projects to send their way. The fabric area is smaller compared to Joann (which is now closed) and their prices are higher, unless on sale or you have a coupon. I strongly suggest signing up for their rewards program to get coupons, sale alerts, and member only event invites. I haven't been to Michaels for a while but it was nice to see self serve check out lanes (cash or card). The staff is helpful and are present throughout the store. The downside being that their selection to bulk fabric is minimal, felt swatches were about 80% depleted, and the holiday decor overwhelmingly pricey. If you are not in a pickle, always price compare to Amazon or WalMart.
